Binance Referral Question

I have had three people sign up using my referral link. Only one of them showed up as a referral friend and the other two did not. Meanwhile, one of the guys who never showed up, has already gotten two more people to sign up and they showed up instantly for him.

I tried emailing Binance support but my ticket just INSTANTLY becomes solved and I get an email to look at the knowledge base.

Any help? Thanks!
