Hey guys,

I live in Ontario, and obviously can’t sign up for Binance using my ID here.

I have a National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis, in theory, could I sign up for Binance using that?

    Two things to consider about that:

    1) I think you would need to prove that you live there with documents such as a bank statement or utility statement is my guess

    2) Assuming 1 works out and you use a VPN to bypass the checks, just ask yourself if you would be cool with Binance locking your account because you broke their terms of service by trading in Ontario if they find out.

    In June 2021, Binance decided to withdraw its services from Ontario. On June 25, 2021, Binance told Ontario users that it could no longer service them. Also, this includes ceasing opening new Ontario accounts.
