**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

    Case ID #99936806
    Unable to complete withdrawal due to new source of wealth verification. Website not working for source of wealth verification either on website or mobile.
    No clarity on when how long SOW verification will take even after if is fixed, as am told its a manual process and there is a queue.
    So Binance has created a new SOW verification requirement, hasn’t informed me about this, has blocked me from withdrawals unless SOW completed, website area to update this is broken, and no clarity on how long it will take (hours, days, or weeks). Through all this I am locked out of withdrawing any further funds.
    Binance is definitely the best for rates, but poor for customer experience.

    Hello, i have an account in [binance.com](https://binance.com) and was logged in last night in my pc, but suddenly lost access to the site. It gives me this message:

    **403 ERROR**

    **The request could not be satisfied.**

    **Request blocked. We can’t connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.**

    **If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.**

    For what i saw in the internet, it’s a problem with too much connections and the solution is to wait 30min-1h. I’ve went to bed and woke up this morning, still no access. I can access through my phone chrome browser but with other internet service provider. If i connect to wifi from the router that gives net access to my pc, the blocked message appears again. Blocked ip? already reset the router but didn’t work. So what may be the problem? I’ve always used the same pc, my account is perfectly safe, kyc, etc

    Please help.

    Hi, can you explain to me why you block the possibility of trading on eur/gbp? What is the reason ? and why has my account been treated as risk? if it is treated as a risk, why don’t you close this account completely? Where in the rules of the exchange is there a record that you can turn off the possibility of trading on eur / gbp and deposits? I opened an account there only to trade in EUR. After all verifications, documents and finally acceptance, you block me from trading on eur now? It’s super frustrating

    By the coming week, it would have been 4 months since this case was raised and till now without any response( for a whole 4 months). No one has said anything to me not even a single word.
    Now I feel there’s no hope because, for a financial institution as big as Binance holding one’s money hostage for more than a quarter of a year, something that my parent bank has never done to me is very strange and might cause a lot of havoc or even the death of a lot of people out there.

    There’s no word from support besides textbook customer support answers which am sure I’ll again receive again after making this comment unless by some miracle they happen to prove me wrong.

    In all seriousness, 4 months of poverty is harder than it sounds.

    Dear all, i hade issue with p2p orders, i will explain shortly: At the same time were opened 2 different orders one was for 194 800 Rub and another was for 200 000 Rub. User 1 who opened order for 194 800 Rub in binance chat sent to me transfer copy also i received money on account. given the above i confirmed order and released crypto. after these (6 minutes later) user from 200 000 Rub order sent to me same transfer copy on 194 800 Rub and added 5200 Rub (order was for 2000 000 Rub). they wanted take my 2 orders with one payment. i didnot realised crypto and and he appealed. User 2 is claiming that he transfered 200 000 Rub and i have to release crypto. after investigation process from p2p team crypto from 194 800 Rub i received back and i was asked from binance team to release crypto under 200 000 Rub order. i release crypto as i was asked. after these has gone more than week but my account is still blocked, everytime i am asking to support they are requesting more and more time. does anyone knows how to speed up investigation process? i have huge assets in my account which is freezed and im in serious trouble.

    I made a wire transfer to my binance.us account which reflected into the account. I purchased btc with the funds. But wasn’t allowed to make a transfer nor withdrawal. I contacted the support team concerning the issue. They sent me an email stating that I should do a video recording verification holding my ID, which I did. I never heard from them since then. Rather my account was disabled. I tried chatting with the support team as regards to that. But they couldn’t assist me. I even told them to help me reverse my funds, but still wasn’t assisted. Please I need your help.

    Hi all! I hope you’re doing well. I am receiving an error every time i try to sell doge/usdt on Binance. The error states “As per our terms of service and in compliance with local regulations, we are not able to provide our services to you in your region”

    I’m extremely confused by this as I thought it was legal in Canada.
