**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

    Suggestion for P2P:

    Have the option to only get orders from people who’ve done it before. The “Registered since x days” filter doesn’t cut it. Scammers (people that order without sending anything hoping to get the coins released) have accounts that range from 5 days to 2 years old.

    I’m so tired of having to appeal 3-4 times a day and having my coins frozen for 1-2 hours each time…

    I was selected for proof of wealth. Which in itself is not a problem. Since I don’t have anything to hide and pay taxes on my trades I provided them with everything needed. So far so good.
    Now my deposits are being held hostage. The CS guys tell me to wait 48h after every 48h again and again. Now I was transferred to a “specialist” who is completely ignoring me. My only request was that my account is usable like normal while everything is being checked. I have done nothing but cooperate with the platform and now I’m being treated like a criminal. #99613605

    I am connecting Koinly (tax-reporting) with latest Binance API.

    First major issue, does not show that my ETH was converted into BETH to stake.

    This means that Koinly looks at my BETH as cost-zero. This is probably due to API limitations.

    So i tried to obtain my transaction history from Binance (since it was in 2021 cannot obtain it).

    Post Scriptum: Also noticed that at Koinly i am missing 369 days of BETH rewards, i need the full transaction history, which i am entitled according to GDPR, to verify if was a issue in API sync or i really did not get those rewards, i hope they are SAFU.

    Hello.

    I’ve first posted this on reddit 2 times and also tried contacting binance support but only bot will talk to me.

    I did a withdrawal of XMR, the address is correct (triple checked) but the amount sent is 0.0 XMR even though the binance app shows otherwise. The TXID exists but has 0 amount.

    How can i talk to someone with binance for support? The transfer should be in my wallet for sure but it isn’t.

    My 138,500 BUSD was frozen over a month ago and today when looking at it has dropped to 83,000 BUSD, already made emails about it and have had no reply so this is final option

    My post was deleted previously if I’m doing something wrong tell me rather than remove it.

    On the 14/12/2022 I sent Binance Escalations a detailed and hearty email addressing the issue and they replied to me saying they’re reviewing and that I should patiently

    After waiting until today I realized after logging into Binance that on 16/01/2023 my frozen BUSD had fallen to around 83,000BUSD which means 55,500 BUSD has somehow disappeared and I still don’t have an answer

    I withdrew eth from Binance to another ethereum wallet on 11/11/22 and confirmed the transaction via the email code received from Binance. However, I never received a confirmation email for the withdrawal, even though on the app it says that the withdrawal was successful and the following TxID 0x5982b0c318e3f5b83c752fb7d04718778b1c9a37a1870dddcaf2e8cd53b19ce8 was shared.

    Upon recently checking my ethereum wallet, i found that the money never arrived. Additionally, when i check ether scan for the transaction ID provided by Binance, there is no transaction.

    Live Chat support is completely useless. Please help!

    My withdrawal is suspended because you initiated Source of Wealth verification out of blue. I have been a customer for years without any problem. My documents are all uploaded and I was promised a solution a week ago, buts still waiting. Now some bot on your support channel put me again on hold and the support chat is saying that I have to keep the support chat window open for 6 hours or I will lose the queue! What is going on there? I am getting very poor support and my honestly earned money is locked for no reason!!!
