**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

my withdrawal has been blocked since November 22, 2023, I sent all the documents that the support service requested. They promised to solve my problem in 3 days, but after 3 days had passed they wrote that they did not have a deadline for checking me and just wait for an email. Almost 5 months have passed and I still haven’t received any support; the funds remain blocked in my account. Why hasn’t my problem been solved for 5 months, and judging by reddit, I’m not the only one who is simply blocked by Binance. Give me my money and let’s say goodbye to you.

My withdrawal has been blocked since January 20, 2024 because of the error RW00142 (Your account may be at risk. In order to keep your funds safe, withdrawals have been temporarily disabled. Please contact Customer Support for further assistance.). On March 9, 2024, Binance inquired about my wealth declaration. I’ve submitted all the necessary documents as requested by the support team.
However, the suspension has been in place for almost four months and they keep telling me to wait. No additional details were given. The reasons for the suspension were not provided. Despite my requests for them to escalate my case, it seems to have been ignored. Could you potentially expedite my case and supply an estimated time to lift the suspension?

Hi, I want to know about staking. For example when we stake inETH we get WBETH. I can see we can convert those WBETH into any other coins. So for example if we convert WBETH into SOL and then stake SOL. What will happen if i redeem my ETH stakings?
Hello, in Binance futures, we pay in BNB fee (in year 2020). Does that BNB come from spot exchange first ? Or is it subtracted from our USDT balance by converting USDT to BNB and then paying the fee? I’m trying to resolve tax and cost-basis. The person checking the taxes said they see a zero-cost basis for the net BNB lost to fees. Thank You.
I was just added to a WhatsApp group by a bunch of people claiming to be Binance employees. They claimed everyone invited would participate in an investor competition where they’d keep the winnings. Obvious scam purely because of it being on WhatsApp. So I reported the group and left it.
My question is how can these scammers know I am a Binance customer and with the phone nr I have associated with my Binance account? Has there been a Binance data leak somewhere? should I change the phone nr on my Binance account to someone else.
Hello, I want to escalate my case ID #118543792 #119056744 #119746761 #120512150 #121100971. My withdrawal has been blocked since March 14 2024 with reason RW00302. Support extending review time again and again. Case itself is ridiculous, I did absolutely legit operation on October 11 2023, but after almost half year(!!!) – I was blocked. And there was absolutely no way to check something upfront. This is behavior destroying trust to centralized exchanges.

Got scammed 400 USDT on Binance P2P. To anyone coming from google search, please, don’t ever use Binace P2P. It’s a nightmare.
You keep asking me to “Insert your security key into the USB port”. I have never set up a USB security key. I set up my phone as the pass key yet it will randomly ask me for the USB key. I have to click “my passkeys are not available” and then type the OTP and THEN the next login it will use my phone ONCE and then the next login revert to asking me for a USB passkey. It’s getting annoying.
Hello, I see there are a lot of issues with people unable to withdraw their funds. How likely is it for a normal user to have their funds blocked if they deposit 30, 40, 50k dollars?

I can’t withdraw my fiat money from account. I tried it many times but it always failed. I don’t know why

I tried to withdraw funds via my visa card like I already did ifew month ago. But I found out my card there is my old expired one, and there is no option to add a new. I tried to use sepa to my bank account but it asks me to verify it by sending 2euro from my bank to theirs via sepa. The thing is my account is verified and ok. so I opened a ticket to ask if I can add a new credit card. the helper gave me hope at the beginning but quickly turned into an endless loop of questions/reply where he seemingly could not tell me why or if I can add a new card, replying this was a regional thing. when asked if he can verify that France was no more supported he could not reply or avoid it by pointing at sepa transfert. I know fgor a fact Binance support euro credit card withdrawal. I understand if I cannot add a new credit card, it is what it is, but why is it impossible to tell me why ? knowing it is supported in France ?
