**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**my withdrawal has been blocked since January 4, 2024, I sent a request to unblock the withdrawal. provided all the documents that support asked from me. support promised to solve my case in 14 days. after 14 days had passed they said that they did not have a deadline for resolving my case. Binance support simply treats its users with disrespect, blocks their funds, does not set any deadlines for a solution, and does not name the reasons for the blocking.**

hello I want to ask. Is there only one requirement to become a VIP (increase trading volume or hold BNB)?
Or should it be both?
For example, if I want to become VIP 2, is it enough to just have a trading volume of $5 million without having to hold 100 BNB?

Hello, on 16th April 3 University courses launched on Binance Academy. I’ve bought all 3 at 4 USDT each, and all 3 were present in Courses -> University Course. Today when I checked again, only 2 courses were present instead and I’m not sure why. Did something happen to one of the courses?
Withdrawals have been temporary disabled. RW00142 Case ID 121138837. I can’t withdraw my money since October 2023. They didn’t tell me anything in the support chat; I’ve been waiting for the “review” for many months and haven’t seen any progress. This situation shows that binance can take away any user’s money without any reason.

Hi Binance Team, I am having a serious security issue and getting nowhere with your customer support. A few days ago while logging in on the browser binance decided to stop using the authenticator and send a push notification to the binance mobile app instead. As the password is the same for both that means anyone who hacks my password can do 2fa and steal everything. This is ridiculous.
Binance shouldn’t be able to override my chosen 2fa method of using a separate authenticator app and expose my account.
Any other users have this issue?

It only makes me download the 2022 and 2023 tax reports but I would like to access the csv containing ALL transactions (from when I opened the account until today)
I live in the United states. Before Binance was cut off here, I made several attempts to log in and reactivate my account. I sent multiple emails to support and never got a reply from anyone. My account balance, based on my initial deposit, should be around $2400. Does anyone know if there’s any way for me to recover this? I’ve considered using a VPN in a different country but I’m sure they have security in place to prevent this from working.

I had WETH (Wormhole ETH) and I deposited this into my BSC Deposit Wallet thinking it was regular ETH.
I’m able to see the token was sent there by using Debank and I would just need it to me sent back to the sender wallet.

How do I transfer my Crypto from my Web3Wallet to Binance again? This seems impossible.
Binance, it is very unscrupulous to present a conversation rate that seems to be at the market price only to change it during conversion and apply a 10% charge. That is tantamount to fraud.
I withdrew USDT from Bybit to Binance, as I have done many times, using BRC20. I got a message saying “Your deposited 750 USDT has been rejected at 2024-05-05 00:35:10 (UTC) due to specific regulatory restrictions in your region. We kindly ask that you make sure your future deposits are completed via our supported network and with supported tokens. If this activity doesn’t align with your actions, please contact us without delay.”
How can I get this sent back?
Hi I converted my spot balance to ZAR coin but when I go to Withdraw Fiat it shows 0 balance. I am trying to withdraw my ZAR currency to my bank account. What step am I missing?

I want to delete my binance account. I installed the app to look at how trafings looks like, i have never deposited or sent money on binance, the only amount on binance i have is the red packed give aways when i signed up!
