**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

my withdrawal has been blocked since November 22, 2023, I sent all the documents that the support service requested. They promised to solve my problem in 3 days, but after 3 days had passed they wrote that they did not have a deadline for checking me and just wait for an email. Almost 4 months have passed and I still haven’t received any support; the funds remain blocked in my account. Why hasn’t my problem been solved for 4 months, and judging by reddit, I’m not the only one who is simply blocked by Binance. Give me my money and let’s say goodbye to you.

My friend is new to crypto and she had 40€ on Binance.
She went to the chat button on the app and asked for help. The person on the chat redirected her to his telegram and he stole all the money.
How can this happen with someone from binance?
What can we do about this?

withdrawals have been blocked on my account since January, I sent all the documents that Binance requested. Support does not give any answer except wait for an email. No deadlines, no information on how long I have to wait. I don’t recommend anyone to use Binance, you could be left without money at any time.

My 100000$ account has been frozen for an unreasonable reason. They say the review is required for my account’s security, but it’s already been 40 days from it was frozen and I can’t believe how and why they do this to me.
And what I tried was to just sell my BTC long position. There was an error when I pressed the sell button so I tried to push it again and again and my account is locked. I couldn’t sell my position for more than 40 days and I’m watching a huge loss.
Still there is no contact, no update at all, 95% of their answer is just copied one. Today I got the copied same message too. Their chatting system is completely useless. Don’t believe this at all.
I followed their chats but they said the review requires less than 14 days, after 14 days they said it requires max 30 days, and after 30 days now anybody of them don’t know when THE REVIEW ends. So it might not end till I die.
they now are talking like they would send the update via e-mail, but no e-mail came to me for more than a month. And nothing solved but they arbitrarily close the chat, pretending the case is solved.
IF you are reading this comment, the customers of Binance, you MUST know that Binance don’t give any attention to their customer’s problem. It is the worst expierence that I’ve ever got as a customer. You MUST FIND some better place to put your important money except Binance. Their service quality is exactly same as some fraudulent – scam – cryotocurrency exchanges. Please don’t be a foolish victim like me.

When trying to retrieve fiat, it asks me to link with ‘truelayer’.
Looking into it, it asks me to share my account balance, and transactions + requires me to log into my bank account.
This obviously isn’t going to happend (and im suprised anyone accepts this kind of invasion of privacy really).
Is this ‘Truelayer’ thing the only way to link bank accounts in Binance ( is my only real option to move away to another exchange) ?

I cant verify my identity, the picture on my ID is from when I was alot younger 16 ish, now I look nothing like back then as I’m 18, when I try appealing, no matter how much I try, my manual appeal ends up failing because of a supposed illegal parameter, need help as I want to get back into crypto, but I’ve got no clue what to do after I tried everything, btw changing the picture on my ID is not an option either since changing the picture means changing my entire ID, which means Id have to change every single thing I used my ID for in the past 2 years

I am currently in a rather strange situation and hope that someone here can help me.
I tried to withdraw my Bitcoins yesterday. As I am not familiar with binance, I tried to do this via p2p. Now the money was transferred to my bank account yesterday and I was about to accept the trade when a big red message from binance popped up saying that I should check if the name of the binance account matches the name of the transfer. If this is not the case, I should transfer the money back and ask for the order to be canceled. As the names did not match, I did this and informed the buyer.
Today the buyer wrote to me to say that his bank account had been blocked – the money should have been sent to me again and I should send it to another bank account. I checked my account and lo and behold – the money really has been credited back to my account. I’m not sure what to do now, I don’t want to get into trouble.
I’ve already tried calling my bank, but no one answers – Germany is a service desert. I hope someone can help me out here.

I got banned on telegram binance Spanish group, not sure you can help me here to get back in, I didn’t say anything was just reading, trying to look up info for MXN Peso bank account. Not sure why I got banned. I have a question about ETH staking. Lets say I have some ETH on my SPOT account. I stake it which converts ETH to WBETH and puts this new WBETH on my SPOT account. Then just by holding this WBETH on my SPOT account am I getting rewards over time based on APR – not sure if it means adding some extra ETH or WBETH to my SPOT account (daily/weekly/monthly)? Additionally as far as I know WBETH should increase in price over time compared to ETH. So would that mean that I get some rewards and additionally my WBETH gains in value (compared to ETH)?
Then lets say that I take this WBETH from my SPOT account and I put it in Simple Earn Flexible product. This will move my WBETH from SPOT account to EARN account. What will this make to the ETH staking rewards process. Will that stop me from getting rewards for just holding WBETH on my SPOT account (assuming that there are rewards for WBETH holding)?
So in summary I see couple of scenarios:
1) holding WBETH doesn’t give any extra rewards – you gain only by the value WBETH gains compared to ETH
2) holding WBETH on SPOT account gives some extra rewards (which are being added to SPOT account as ETH or WBETH) – moving WBETH from SPOT to EARN account breaks the rewards process (so no more rewards when WBETH leaves SPOT account)
3) holding WBETH on SPOT account gives some extra rewards (which are being added to SPOT account as ETH or WBETH) – moving WBETH from SPOT to EARN account doesn’t change the rewards process (so they are still being added to SPOT account)
Please explain which one is correct and if there is anything more that I should take into consideration. If the second scenario is correct then how to decide if it’s better to hold WBETH on SPOT account or to put it on EARN account.

Hi. I have an account in Vietnam with a Vietnamese phone number. I moved to US last year and my phone number got disabled. Because of that I also lost the Authenticator (also resigtered under my old phone number). All I have left is my email. How can I recover my account? Thanks.
Note: I cannot recover my old phone number because they require me personaly go to phone center to reclaim it which is impossible for me now.
Binance won’t connect my Zen account. I already went through the process of connecting the two, but whenever I try withdraw through Zen on Binance, I keep getting a message that tells me to Finish my connection. Then, after I press on “Finish my connection”, it brings a pop up message saying that the connection is in progress and if I try to press on “Restart connection” it’s just going to give me an error. It’s been like this for more than 12 hours. I can’t withdraw my money. What can I do?
So i placed trade on binance futures short position 20x lev with 400$ on BIGTIMEUSDT perp entry 0.204 SL 0.2081 PNL -45$ after 2 days 23.04.2024 was there pump that should fill my SL for approx -50$ my order is nowhere near liquidation price but somehow on my Stop Loss history realized PNL IS -400$ !!!!!!!
