**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

Binance is almost next FTX, they scammed me for $3500 which i had saved and invested in binance.
Without any reason they blocked my account temporarily from past 80+ days in the name of violation of term and condition but did not share any reason and when i ask them anything they just told me ‘Its under review kindly wait for indefinite period’
There is no Ethical or moral code of conduct of Binance they first told me it will resolved in 3 days then 10 days then 1 month now they want me to wait indefinitely to access my funds.
I simply believe binance will gonna do same to all @Indian users as its almost banned by government and app store. I urge users to use decentralised wallet And spread the word that binance is doing scams.
I will not stop until i get my hard earned money back.

my withdrawal has been blocked since November 22, 2023, I sent all the documents that the support service requested. They promised to solve my problem in 3 days, but after 3 days had passed they wrote that they did not have a deadline for checking me and just wait for an email. Almost 4 months have passed and I still haven’t received any support; the funds remain blocked in my account. Why hasn’t my problem been solved for 4 months, and judging by reddit, I’m not the only one who is simply blocked by Binance. Give me my money and let’s say goodbye to you.

I have a problem with depositing eur to binance. When i deposited small amount it went thru fine. But when i tried to deposit few thousant eur it always fail.
The thing is i want to start trading with bigger numbers but how if even few thousant is getting me trouble to deposit.

Deposit of wavax into binance with subsequent inability to credit account and massive fee requested for resolution/send back of funds.
I deposited wavax to Binance unfortunately a few days ago and I went through the normal process but the fact that I have to pay 200$ to recover a balance of 380 dollars is absurd. This is exploitation of users. I 100% agree that it is my own fault for accidentally sending wavax and not avax, but having this large of a recovery fee is absurd. When is binance planning to list wavax, as I am sure from looking at twitter that I am not the first or the last individual that this has happened to and will happen to. wEth is already supported, so with so many unhappy customers that have made this mistake, why not just support the token, which is HEAVILY used within the avax ecosystem and spare users the financial damage that your recovery fees incur.

The Binance app has been consistently crashing on load for the past 3 weeks. I’m on an S20 and have had no issues prior to this. I have tried reinstalling.
I have question about my margin balance on binance FUTURES. I want to see the margin balance HISTORY (wallet balance + unrealized pnl history) of binance FUTURES. But I can’t find it if it is present. Whenever I try to view the history, I can only see the wallet balance as 7 days, 1 month etc. I want this because this is more realistic balance for me. Please help me if this option is present in binance. Thanks.

Hello. We have entity account and we applied for SEPA transfers, because by default it is not activated. This morning Zen payment function got activated for us, which is not what we requested. For the last 2 weeks we were reaching out to support and on-boarding team, and they have told us that both Zenpay and SEPA transfers will be activated at the same time, since it is the same process. However, Zen payment go activated but not SEPA. And we need SEPA activated in order to deposit EUR.
We are trying to reach out to support as well, but we are in a line for 6 hours already and no-one is replying. Case ID from last week is #119753923. Could you please assist us?

Why do I constantly need to log in?
Sometimes I have to use the web version because it has more features and it CONSTANTLY logs me out. I logged in half an hour ago to check on my account and now it asks me for the login, again! My 100000$ account has been frozen for an unreasonable reason. They say the review is required for my account’s security, but it’s already been 40 days from it was frozen and I can’t believe how and why they do this to me.
And what I tried was to just sell my BTC long position. There was an error when I pressed the sell button so I tried to push it again and again and my account is locked.
Still there is no contact, no update at all, 95% of their answer is just copied one.
I followed their chats but they said the review requires less than 14 days, after 14 days they said it requires max 30 days, and after 30 days now anybody of them don’t know when THE REVIEW ends. So it might not end till I die.
they now are talking like they would send the update via e-mail, but no e-mail came to me for more than a month. And nothing solved but they arbitrarily close the chat, pretending the case is solved.
IF you are reading this comment, the customers of Binance, you MUST know that Binance don’t give any attention to their customer’s problem. It is the worst expierence that I’ve ever got as a customer. You MUST FIND some better place to put your important money except Binance. Their service quality is just same as some fraudulent – scam – cryotocurrency exchanges. Please don’t be a foolish victim like me.

There is a problem with my 10x cross margin liquidation price.
There was a lot goin on tonight (Iran/Israel) and prices dropped a lot. So I opened 10x long postion on ETH/USDT. Only borrowed around halfway from the bar. I share my trade history and current screen values below. Since I halfway borrowed my liq price should be around -18% from buy price but it shows as at -5%
I opened binance chat but couldn’t find the correct headline to apply(looks like there is none)
What should I do?
