**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

Case id #118145454 Hey its been more than a week my account has lock with a large number of amount. Still the support saying under review. Even they don’t show any specific reasons, but there were a transaction they flagged before locked account. Full funds can’t lock for a TX.
We have don’t control when receiving funds from Clients, even Binance can flag any specific transactions they can’t block my full funds. As soon as possible unlock my funds. If you don’t like use Binance by me then release my funds and close account. You don’t have right lock it.

Me and my Mrs are UK Binance users and have been for years.
We are both verified, but recently my partner went to make a deposit of GBP and was met with a message of advanced verification that was needed.
It makes you click on it and takes you to a third party where we supplied the front and back of her Driving licence and also a picture of her.
We have now completed this process more times than I can remember and on completion it starts to process and stays processing for what seems like

We are told we are unable to leave the page so our phone is left processing until it fails hours and hours later.
We have no idea why it needs the verification and why it is failing?
We have tried so many techniques to make her Driving licence and picture as perfect as possible and yet it still fails.
If anyone has gone through this deposit verification, have you got any advice?
We have two disabled children and our Binance Crypto is something my partner really enjoys.
We have been stuck for days on end with no hope in sight.

I tried to buy crypto with my card as im used to. It didnt work for some reason, so i proceeded to do a P2P payment with SEPA. The money returned back to my account after a day with 25 Euro missing because of the bank fees.
I texted the support and they told me, they have no idea why the payment was returned. So i lost money and i have no way to continue investing on Binance. Im about to pull off all of my funds from Binance.

Hi, how do a log a query to be responded to? I have logged in to my Binance account for the first time in 6+ months and my coins are not there. It is asking me to verify my ID again and when I do, it says this ID is already verified on another account.. This doesn’t make sense
I had 2 accounts, one was unverified and had the money I need in it but I couldn’t get the funds because you can’t have 2 accounts under the same identity. To fix this I deleted my verified account and now when I’ve tried to verify the unverified one it still says I have another verified accounts. Basically I’ve now lost both my Binance accounts and need a fix.
I don’t have an case id, but my problem is very simple:
I can’t generate 1-year trade history, because it says “verification failed”. My account is verified plus. How to fix this? I need my trading history for tax history and it needs to be sent before 2nd of april.

Hello, I wanted to put some cash on my wallet and binance gives me 2 options, SEPA or visa. I tried SEPA because of the lower fees and everything goes good untill I need to enter the 8 digit code that they send to your phone. The problem here is that I am send a 6 digit code and because of that it says the the code is not correct. I am located in Belgium if that helps.
After that I tried the visa option, it says I can’t use my card ( Mastercard ).
I was able to put fiat on my account 2 or 3 years ago with my Mastercard, now I can’t and I am feeling that I am missing out.
I have a question. I have .96 of BNB on BinanceUS. How do I cash out? Is USD disabled? My end goal is just trying to get that $$$ back into my bank account, etc. Do I convert it to USD? Just sell it? Transfer to different exchange? So confused. I’ve totally forgot how to manage all this

So I’m attempting to sell my crypto, and binance only allows p2p here in UK now. Since when I don’t know and it used to be an easy couple of steps.
Problem is, Binance advertise not to allow seller to sell 3rd party. Which I’ve deciphered as, only from their business bank account.
The problem lies that everyone you try to sell to says the same thing. ‘Redtrictions mean I need to use different account’.
How do we know these aren’t just scammers and they will take back the money they have sent?

I tried to verify my account with my id via video call, all worked fine, until I got an email telling me the verification failed because I’ve already registered under the same ID number and that I should login in the account using it
I currently can’t remember that I already have an account at Bianca but if I have, I don’t know my credentials to enter it.
I opened an account a long time ago that was not authenticated.
This is before the rules got strict and you could have multiple accounts. I withdrew my money from my verified account but I cant access this one because the 2fa doesnt work.
It’s impossible to reach out to binance, it seems like your customer support is designed to not actually help people and I remember giving up a few years ago because the customer service would conveniently forget to speak English during our email interactions.
is there a way to actually speak to someone about getting my money back or is this whole thing designed to just make people give up and abandon their money?

Deleting Binance account and Data (UK)
I have a Binance account and am thinking of deleting it. Does my personal data get deleted by Binance automatically after a certain period of time or do I need to request this formally? I am based in the UK.

if they dont want u as customer,they give you the right to withdraw your funds even with month,and once you withdraw your funds they suspend your accounts,and dont stay with your money as binance do.
im forming a big group of people with same binance issue where binance suspend their account for not reason i have over 1000 members now willing to show to the world in apl social media this abuse from binance,once they start losing millions of customers they will lost more than money due to their abusive behavior.

How do i verify my bank account? I have successfully withdrawn fiat a few months ago before you changed your eur payment processing company. Now, it says i should verify my bank account. I read already the faq about this but its not clear to me. Should i go to my bank to do the 2 euro sepa transfer? Does Revolut work?
