**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

    Binance suspended withdrawals without any explanation, without requesting any information or documents, without asking me any questions!!!
    I keep pinging support every day and get THE SAME ANSWER account on review!

    I will commit suicide if I don’t get access to my savings!!! what is going on????

    I have had a Binance account since 2017, I was able to login back in 2021 and 2022. But now I can’t log into it. I am able to verify my email address with the 2FA code but the phone number doesn’t work. I have the same number, but I think it was linked to a Google Authenticator app that I did not carry over since that time.

    my withdrawal has been blocked since November 22, 2023, I sent all the documents that the support service requested. They promised to solve my problem in 3 days, but after 3 days had passed they wrote that they did not have a deadline for checking me and just wait for an email. Almost 4 months have passed and I still haven’t received any support; the funds remain blocked in my account. Why hasn’t my problem been solved for 4 months, and judging by reddit, I’m not the only one who is simply blocked by Binance. Give me my money and let’s say goodbye to you.

    Hey guys, I’m using it but I’m not sure why I’m not capturing all the variation.

    If I’m running a dense one (75 grids) of BTC in 2024-03-04, and I receive a notification from another app each time that bitcoin goes up 3% and when it goes down 3%. It happens daily practically. Why I don’t get 3% grid profit daily?

    I have a question regarding P2P disputes. Why do certain sellers make it mandatory that buyers must video call the sellers and show the buyers’ faces? And they said during the appeal process that they would not release the crypto unless the buyers video-called them for their “KYC process”. I don’t see any Binance requirements regarding this issue. And this only happens for certain sellers.

    If this is not part of the official Binance requirements, why haven’t Binance teams resolved the appeal for me? Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks!

    Is Binance really a trustworthy company?

    I suffered losses in trading Binance Futures for a year, but recovered my losses and started making profits at the end of last year.

    There was no problem when I lost money. But when I made profits, my account was frozen.

Please facilitate a way for BEP2 holders that missed the announcement to become whole again!     My binance account is blocked for more then 6 months already I am fully verified I provided video downloading my bank account statement and sending it to binance this is what they requested
    And I am still cannot do anything on my account every time I am contacting the support and I am getting the same messages

    I got £100 in binance I forgot to withdraw about a year ago.

    I went to withdraw it today and it appears GBP withdrawal services have been pulled. OK fine, it tells me to convert to USDT. I try to do this but nothing comes up it just keeps saying ‘failed to get quote’

    Is this normal? Is there a fix? Is my money lost?

    Its been a while since I last used Binance.

    I logged in today and saw that I have £500 GBP Fiat.

    I am aware that in May 2023 Binance suspended GBP transfers.

    But surely I should still able to trade that £500 into crypto? I can’t seem to see how….

    I went to the withdraw page, and when i clicked bank transfer, it asked me to send 2€ to verify it, but the bank details aren’t mine. It’s from this random bank in lithuania i’ve never heard of. Could this mean I was hacked? My funds are still in my account and have been safe for ages. Should i take them out asap?

    Case ID #: 118595319 To binance support. I have been trying for days to log onto my binance account and am not able to. After attempting to sign in, it asks for Authenticator app verification which I can’t set up without logging in or getting a QR code or 16 digit key to set up google Authenticator for binance. I am able to verify email but that isn’t enough. When I click on security verification unavailable for Authenticator app, it asks for passport, and after I select United States, it goes to a blank page that looks like it should be processing a request but it never gets past this page even for days, and there is no way to reset my 2FA or even access my account and no one to contact. I need help accessing my account so I can withdraw my funds since I can no longer use binance in the US and haven’t accessed my account in years.

    This is the furthest step I can get after clicking on the option for unavailable, I select US passport and it just goes to a screen that just keeps processing but won’t get past a blank screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m lost and out of options.

    I live in North Carolina, I do not use a VPN and I checked my IP assigned to me from my ISP and it too is located in NC. Regardless, I went to create an account by linking my Google Account and I got the following error message:

    “Your IP address shows that you are attempting to access our services from a restricted jurisdiction. We are unable to provide services to users in your region and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

    Any clue how to fix this? unless some rules very recently changed, NC shouldn’t be a restricted area.

    Hello, My SOL funds aren’t transferring back to the Binance exchange wallet from Binance Web3 wallet. With multiple failures I tried to send them to no avail. A few hours ago I tried swapping them to BNB smart chain and that is also not working and has been processing since then.

    Hi, I have just opened a new account. I can’t seem to deposit funds from my bank account (Barclays) visa. There is a pop up saying card type not supported. There is also a recommended bank to use to make transactions easier/swifter which is ‘Revolute’ so I opened a Revolute account and tried using that nut again that is saying not supported!

    I have used Binance a few years back and can’t recall having this issue! I just want to fund my account! Please help!

    How to place sell orders for one of my assets, lets say the price is 20$ and i want to sell all my assets when the prices reach 10$ to prevent further loss. I tried to do a limit order with a low price and it got filled instantly

    what is the right way to do so, because i don’t check regularly and i just checked today and found that i lost 140% in total, so i want to put orders in all my assets to prevent further loss when i am not looking

    Been a user of binance since 2018 and never had any issues. Recently (14th March 2024) as I was withdrawing some funds to an old ethereum account (last transaction 3 years ago), Binance rejected my transaction and froze my withdrawal function.

    I initially received a notice asking me to send acknowledgement that I was interacting with an account which goes against Binance’s TOS, and that my account was fine. However, after speaking with Binance support, they’ve said that my account is now locked for 30-40 days pending investigation (up to April 29th).

    I checked my said wallet in which I requested a withdrawal, and realized that 4 years ago, I had interacted with a sanctioned protocol (total amount interacted with the protocol is worth 37usd 4 years ago) which probably triggered Binance alert.

    My account is fully verified with kyc.

    I hope that the mods here can assist me in trying to escalate my review, and I hope my account will be unfrozen soon. The funds I have frozen is a very significant amount, and it is causing me to lose sleep.

    I have a verified binance account that i didnt use for the longest time, recently i tried to re access it and when i did get to re-enter, it had a countdown started and said i had to withdraw all my assets even though i have no assets in there. Seeing as this is my verified account, i didn’t know whether or not to deactivate my account and that would let me create another account and have it verified, but i cant get my new account to get verified because i already have an account that’s already verified. I dont care if my currently verified account gets deleted as long as i could create a new one that would allow me to get verified with the same identity i used in the first one. can anyone help me come up with solutions to this problem? thanks.

    My Binance got hacked on Saturday. The hacker added a new device and I didn’t receive any emails in my mailbox. I did not have any inappropriate access according to the history of accessing emails. I have 2FA Microsoft Authenticator. I recovered deleted emails on my inbox and nothing appears. The illegal transfers are visible in the Binance account it was transferred by email as you can see on attach image.

    I LOST EVERYTHING I HAD!!!

    Binance support did not help me at all just bot answers, they just said to go to the authorities and does not provide information about this improper access.

    Did you know that Binance can block your account without any notice or explanations ? Personally I didn’t know until they blocked me for 1 month now.
    My account has been verified long time ago (verified = can withdraw and transfer up to 100 BTC per day !!!!),
    never had any problem till 21th of February when I wanted to send 22.680$. They blocked my withdrawal and said it’s was for a security reason.
    I asked the customer agent why but he NEVER EVER told me why until this day !!! He asked me about an amount (5000$) received on February 7th, I explained that someone owed me money and that’s it.
    He asked me to show some proof about this by sending picture of my conversations with this person. I started wondering if this was real because didn’t understand why he asked me this.
    I sent some screenshot proving I knew this person and that he sent it to me. During more than 10 days he kept asking me for a full video of my conversation with this person.
    Yes a video of my private conversation !!!! I kept saying that was private and even said I don’t have it anymore he never stop asking me for more evidences until I didn’t have any other solution.
    I sent him the video and now he’s asking me to ask this person to take contact with him !!
    Wtf is that now can someone please help me ??? I’ve this account for years and never had any problem.
    I made a video showing my face with my ID and passport proving it’s me the guy just ignored it saying he never asked for this video although this is the procedure to unlock an account !!!!
    I asked to talk to a superior he keeps ignoring my request !! I asked many times just some explaination WHY blocking my withdrawal, WHY asking about this received paiement,
    WHY asking about this person, why violating my privacy like this asking video and pictures of this conversation and above all
    WHY BLOCKING MY ACCOUNT by blocking my trade and withdrawal options ?!!!
    I’ve been waiting for 2 years and half now, diamondzz hands never sold anything during the bear market and now that everything is up I can’t even sell and take my profit !!!!
    Binance is acting more like a bank now !! And please don’t say me “not your key, not your money”, I’ve never thought such thing would happens a day !!!
    I feel powerless facing this injustice. This is unfair I’m sick of this. And this could happen to anyone !!!
    So please if someone can help me let me know I’m tired talking to someone that seems having something against me instead of helping his customers !!!
    Please share &!retweet this everywhere to show binance they can’t just take and blocked the money of their customers this is just against crypto values !!!!

    Please don’t give me an automatic answer please don’t tell me your agent is already on the case. Juste unlock my account or give me at least a reason and a solution to unlock it.

    Hi, I want to withdraw my money from Binance (almost 90 euros) into my bank account, but I cannot link Binance with my bank account, as my bank (La Banque Populaire) is not proposed by Binance as an existant bank to withdraw.     Hi. I changed my 2x leverage to 3x in ongoing futures order, but income outcome still work like i use 2x leverage. Numbers in PNL show like i trade in 2x but ROI show % at 3x. Someone know why? Liquidation price still same as i trade 2x.

    When I tried to purchase BTC on Binance the prices shot up instantly from what was shown on the price tracking screen. Attached proof (look for two different prices- a higher one where I’m trying to buy it). Has anyone else faced these scams/ issues/ manipulation?
