**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

How can I get OpETH into the web3 wallet to participate in the Cyberwallet airdrop? I transferred BNB into the web3 wallet but when I want to swap it for OpETH it says „no liquidity for swap“. How can I know which coin pair has liquidity? I spent 20 minutes on this already, very frustrating experience.
Last time i used Binance in 2022 it was very easy to select a pair (BTC to AUD or DOT to AUD ect) that would allow me to convert from crypto to aud with zero fees (fees would only get charged on withdrawl).
Now i cannot convert from BTC to AUD with the only option being to sell via bank transfer where I am hit with a 12% fee (way higher than it used to be).
There is also no longer any option to convert from DOT to AUD. It just gives an error
“Amount should be between 0.0000DOT – 0.0000DOT”
Is there any way to do this?? It used to be so much easier.

Hello bought some crypto a few years ago on binance and been looking into selling some but it appears I’m going to be charged a lot when trying to sell it, around 10%, but online it says binance charge 0.5% and couldn’t find much more to explain.
Does anyone know why I’m been charged a lot and a solution? The estimated value gives a fair number then when I click to sell and select my payment method it goes down like 10%

Currently unable to receive SMS OTP. Phone number on the account is correct. Phone seems to be working fine, able to receive SMS OTP from other exchanges, just Binance 2FA OTP not working right now. Contacted support, and received confirmation that “We have checked and found that the SMS code was sent successfully to your phone from our end”
Restarted the phone too. Again, phone seems to be working without any issue, can call, receive text, and other exchanges’ OTP.
Been trying for over 24 hours. not sure what the problem is.
UPDATE: chat support has not been very productive, the support repeatedly ask me to resend the OTP without much information to go on. I’ve contacted my carrier customer support, and they have confirmed I do not have any spam block on. or any pending messages that were blocked by the carrier.
I recently tried to sell my btc as a p2p transaction, and I was quite lost as to where to start, and how the process worked.
Turns out that buyers funds (USD) never came through, and Binance ruled in my favour.
The transaction method was Skrill.
1. Does this mean that the buyer was supposed to transfer my funds to my skrill account, or was Skrill just the broker?
2. How often does this happen? How can I trust this process again if the first time they didn’t actually transfer any funds to me.
3. Is there any other way than p2p to turn my btc into USD?

I don’t understand why Binance is scamming me?
3 days waiting and their customer support just told me that they need to locate my transfer and they would hear from “other department” in 1 to 3 days.
So I will wait 6 days and my 3K will be gone or what? 🙂

I add one more example, RSR, closed at 0,003891 due to liquidity of other positions. At the liquidation time, closing of RSR is +2205 usd. But again, my account get empty.

Web3 wallet isnt letting me withdraw to spot wallet
I wanted to test out web3 wallet so i deposited some usdt and eth. It is not letting me return it to spot wallet due to “insuffucient eth” i have eth in my wallet to use as the gas fee. As for the withdrawal of eth it says “insufficient bnb” why is bnb involved when im trying to withdraw eth?

I have transferred about $100 USDt from my binance wallet to binance Web3 wallet in an attempt to exchange the amount to a L2 coin. Whenever I try to swap the USDt to the coin, the transaction fails due to insufficient funds as the network fee is very high about 10 AVAX ($442).
I changed my mind, and want to transfer the Web3 USDt amount back to my binance spot and funding wallet, but again the the transfer requires 0.00285 AVAX ($0.12) which I don’t havi in my Web3 wallet. How do I go about exchanging this Web3 USDt amount to a coin without losing $400+, or returning the amount to my Binance spot and funding wallet while I don’t have AVAX gas cost in my Web3 wallet?

I have a positive available balance 20k which is more than enough to cover unrealized pnl and maintainace margin
the running unrealized pnl is -6.78k
and margin balance shows a -6.78k well
however
wallet balance is -0.8765 USD and there is a 0.8757 total debt – when click on it it shows

1. Why is wallet balance is negative when the available balance is very positive?
2. where does this negative balance in UM come from? And even if it comes from somewhere how do we check in the system?
3. Where does this total debt come from? I assume its from the wallet balance which is puzzling in the first place.

Is it possible to pull yearly account statement from binance from the netherlands. Because i keep trying this but it keeps redirecting my to this annoying service notice that pops up. I cant redeem the assets, which are barely anything worth, and dont want to.
