**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

Hello my withdrawal was held by Binance risk control. I already raised a support case (#119142770) but over 12 hours no specialist has been assigned to look into my case. Please help to expedite on this. The funds belong to me and I have the ultimate right to withdraw them from Binance!!!

I was wondering if you allow in any way – or plan doing so – placing spot orders financed by tokens a trader has in his/her earn wallet.
There are many cases when this could be useful. For example you want to set a stop loss but you also want to keep your tokens doing something if the condition doesn’t trigger. Or you want to set your earn stablecoins free if some price gets good enough to buy. Just to name a couple.

I’ve been consistently submitting proofs backing my claim, while the fraudulent seller has been dodging all requested proof for 32+ days. Binance CS continues to ask me for the same proof over and over again. Meanwhile, the seller has missed 17 deadlines from CS over the last three days with seemingly no consequence. I’ve asked why they are refusing to close this claim and return my money after the seller failed to prove his claims. CS’s reply, “the appeal is not for a single side and we need proof from both parties.” Can you please explain how this approach makes sense in this situation? i’ve provided all the proof and the seller refuses to do so. Is this claim going to be held hostage by an obvious scammer? i’d really like to understand Binance’s thinking here as i’m quite baffled as to why i’m still dealing with this.
Since customer support has refused to answer these questions, can whoever is reviewing these posts resolve this issue and give me an actual ETA?

case #116382487. I tried withdrawing funds 7 days ago – I can see the status “successful”, but no funds in my account. I have contacted support yesterday who advised me to submit an appeal. I did and today I got the message that the Fiat Withdrawal Appeal is approved.
I’m now wondering what does this status mean. Is Binance attempting a second transaction of funds into my account or am I still waiting for the initial transaction, which is unlikely to arrive since it’s been more than 5 working days already? Customer service didn’t explain clearly – just stated that Binance is doing everything on their end to ensure that funds arrive.
Is it possible to deposit EUR from Revolut account till [Binance](https://Binance.com) account via SEPA transfer, since I can’t see that option?

Why does Binance not allow EUR deposits from Revolut accounts via SEPA transfer, but there is only the option that EUR will be automatically converted to USDT at a noticable lower exchange rate than the average general one for EUR to USD?

Hello , i tried to withdraw from binance to revolut today and apparently withdraw to debit card is not available , but deposits from debit card to binance are working fine! i deposited the minumum amount for the same account it worked ok , but when i try to withdraw it does not work

Im new to Binance. I created an account yesterday. I wanted to be extra safe so i did a lot of security recommendations. I download Binance authenticator and everything. Today i tried to login,but there was a problem. It asks me to choose how to sing in to Binance. And when i choose ”iPhone,iPad or Android device” using a passkey..QR code appears,when i try to do,it says ”There are no matching passkeys saved in your iCloud Keychain for ”binance.com”. Please help me fix this problem! I want to login in via passwords or BAuthenticator but it only allows me using QR code. I think I accidently deleted the passkey.
Are there currently SEPA withdrawal issues? It‘s a regular workday and my withdrawal is still processing on Binance‘ side (unlike previously when withdrawals went through instantly).

Hello, I have received thrid party payment for crypto today. I have open the dispute, but I saw that the seller added the movie of the person who log into account from which I have received money. Should I just accept the money? What can go wrong? I already see that he doesn’t steal from other person account. Can he claim the transfer back in any way? I have only made one crypto transaction by buying it and the seller tried to scam me than. Now I try to sell and I try to be extra careful. Guys please advise what can go wrong with me accepting the payment and releasing the crypto. I can also send the money back to his account. Can something go wrong with that?
