**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**

● Your funds are SAFU. If you experience issues with withdrawing remaining funds, follow the above steps to get to our live chat queue – our agents will try our best to assist you with the offboarding.

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

● Binance Visa Card transactions

● Unable to complete KYC

● Any other issues

    I’m a muslim and I want to continue doing future trading on binance but Islam doesn’t allow dealing in trades where interest is involved. Is it true that binance actually charges me for the leverage that I take before starting a trade? If the interest is cut from the exact amount that I was provided with by binance at the time of starting the trade, I’m not allowed to do such trades. But, if the interest is cut from the total amount i.e my small amount & binance’s big loan (for ex; x10 or x20) then apparently it is simple buissness and theres no interest involved. Please someone clarify me on this.

    Hello! My account has been suspended for withdrawals and trading for 2 weeks already. For the whole time i got only two replies from the support team, asking regarding the deposit made to my account. After answering that with proofs – i got no answer for more than a week now. Case ID = 115010450.

    Looking forward to resolve this ASAP. Thank you for understanding!

    I have tried to delete the cookies and still it won’t open

    ‪my account has been on review for 4 months now,ive been waiting for it to be resolved for months now, no updates or emails I trusted you guys and you locked my account for months now,not minding how it affects I and my family, open my account Binance, I need my money to pay up my bills and support my family, this is uncalled for and I know there are many people out there that has similar cases as me here and this is bad service, we have family to cater for and help and many like me are suffering, I need my funds back..I want my fund back my case ID 115442162‬

    Hi! UK resident here. I want to use P2P trading to sell some BTC and receive payment in GBP. I noticed the payment options do not include any method that I own. I want to do a bank transfer to Barclays Bank. Will this work? Also, what info would I need to provide, just an IBAN number? Would anything be blocked?

    My withdrawal had been suspended by binance and I’ve been trying to reach customer support via live chat but I was always given a standard reply, i am not sure what have I done wrongly, I even paid $15000 for binance as merchant deposit but you just locked my whole account up, and no reason was given by customer support how am I suppose to cooperate with binance if you needed any investigation materials?

    How badly did I just screw up, I sent BNB from MetaMask to a USDT account on Coinbase  and the BNB funds were sent but obviously they never showed up in the USDT wallet. Is there any way to recover the sent BNB funds? MetaMask can’t help as the transaction went through and Coinbase states they can only help if it’s on the ETH network. The sending transaction is in the BSC smart chain

    How to close a margin trade properly.

    I opened a short trade on BTCUSDT which got stopped out. I repaid all debts using the mobile app, but the positions of BTC, BNB, USDT are still appearing though all with debt of 0.00. How can I close these positions so that they no longer appear.

    I cant seem to find detail information on how this fee works and how is it deducted?

    I understand each spot grid bot transaction trade will occur a trading fee,  but what about this 3 USDT reserved fee ?  

    Anyone have good detail info?

    How can I withdraw my Fiat currency? (Euro)

    Under “Withdraw to” it just says “Sorry, there is no available payment methods right now.” And it doesn’t give me any options (Card, Bank Transfer, or anything).

    Hello. I started to do the activities for the MAV airdrop. This is the problem. In Spanish task 2 said something different than in English. When I realized this I had already done task 2 in the wrong way. I have the screenshots of the wrongly translated instructions. Task 2 asked to provide AT LEAST 10 usdc usdt for liquidity. In Spanish it said UP TO 10 usdc usdt for liquidity. Now, because of this, I first read it in Spanish and I just provided 3.26 usd. Now I see I need to do it with 10 usd because task 2 is not marked as completed. So, my question is, to complete task 2 correctly, should I now provide 10 usd all at once, or should I just provide 7 usd, since I already sent 3? In any case. Will I be able to recover the 3 usd that I provided? Thank you very much.
