**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

    I could use some help, i’m trying to withdraw EUR from my account, first i tried to withdraw using a bank card, i used my card, didn’t accept it saying that it didnt accept cards from my country (Portugal), even tough my country is accepted by binance, next i tried to use my father’s card, it did accept it but then the transaction failed, 4 TIMES, all of them to an aparent system malfunction, so then i turned to SEPA transfer, it said I needed to transfer 2EUR to verify my account, only to then find out that i actually had to send 3EUR because they don’t count the SEPA tax. So that’s 2 EUR gone, anyway im fed up with this. Has any of you ever had any system malfunctions when withdrawing with a card, and if so what did you do to solve it? I really could use some help a i dont know what else to do.

    I’m trying to transfer funds to my Margin wallet but keep getting this message. Is this part of the ongoing Binance issue or why can’t i transfer?

    Hi. I’m unable to activate my fiat wallet for my new account on Binance. I always get the message that the activation failed. I opened a chat with support but they couldn’t help me. Finally on Sunday my case has been forwarded to an expert and i should have received an answer by now, but nothing till now. I don’t want to close the case and start a bew one, because then its written i have to wait even longer. Can you please help me?

    Binance.US locked my account yesterday for “security reasons”. At this point, I cannot access my account at all. I’ve been completely locked out. My case number is #2435861. A live person has yet to respond to me. In light of everything going on, this is very concerning.

    Sorry if this is a dumb question. I am super new to crypto. I bought some BNB and I want to transfer it to Turst Wallet in order to buy some SAFUU on Pancake Swap. I have to chose between BEP2 or BSC. From what I gather reading a simular post I should choose BSC. Is that right?

    But now I also wonder what I should choose in Trust Wallet. I was going to choose BNB but now I wonder if I choose BSC on Binance should I choose Smart Chain (BNB) on Trust Wallet? Would I lose the currency if I made the wrong choice?

    I saw similar posts on this subreddit but no one responded on those posts! WHERE IS BINANCE SUPPORT?

    I tried reaching out to customer service via binance app chat but they have the shitty automated thing which never connects me to a human being.

    Everytime I try to complete the KYC it fails for no reason at all. I do send perfect pictures of my ID but I still get the message that I failed completing the KYC. I have tried to contact you through support but I have no answer and the ticket was issued weeks ago.

    I am trying to sell using bank transfer method, but when I try to add the bank transfer details it doesn’t allow me to add a bsb number. It only shows the following categories: Bank account number, Bank name and Account opening branch (optional). This is for an Australian bank account, and they require a bsb number as well to transfer money. I have googled and have been unable to find a solution. Is there a fix to this?

    Binance.com, Case ID #91634216. I’m unable to withdraw money from my account. The message appears, when I try to withdraw btc for ex, which looks like this: “Your account may be at risk. Pls contact support”. I have contacted support, and was told to wait 30 days max to fix this. That is a long period, I would like to speed the process up, if possible, pls. Take a look at my issue, thanks

    I am unable to withdraw GBP fiat using Bank Transfer (Faster Payments) [Binance.com](https://Binance.com) keeps asking me to verify my bank account even though it was already done on the 13th June ( costing me 1 gbp from a 10 gbp transfer showing in my Binance fiat deposit history ) I have made multiple fiat bank transfers this year without problem using Skrill Ltd / Clear Bank.

    Live chat said they needed to transfer me to the right department but my expected reply is ” Estimated reply time6/17 05:50 – 6/17 17:5012 ~ 24 hoursPlease do not end the chat during the wait. Otherwise, you will have to queue again. ”

    Is there no way to sort problems out over email so that I don’t have to sit at my computer for the next 24 hours ?

    I accidentally sent USDT from Arbitrum ONE to binance, using my ERC20 deposit address. Is there a chance this can be recovered? You can deposit ETH via Arbitrum to binance via the same address.

    Binnace keeps my funds blocked and asks me for the justification not only of the addresses used for deposits, regarding which I have sent them proof that they are my property, but absurdly asks me for justification of the earnings made on other exchanges. Case ID #91242776

    I mistakenly deposited USDT from Arbitrum to Binance via the Arbitrum network. I saw they have Ethereum ETH deposits from Arbitrum to Binance enabled, so I wrongly assumed i could send USDT as well.
    I submitted a recovery application, which has been now declined several days later. I’m a bit confused as to why, since Binance a) allows deposits from Arbitrum, but just ETH, so the hot wallet clearly works/is integrated with Arbitrum and b) has also of course listed USDT.
    It was a substantial amount of money and am willing to pay a high recovery fee if I can get it back. Anyone got any clue as to what to do/can help me out somehow?

    Hi, the day before yesterday I paid wirh my Binance card via Curve (Apple Pay). In the Binance App I see the transactions but in the line Cashback there us a dash „-„.

    Are the reflections coming? I‘m in Europe/EU.
