**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

    Hello!

    I want to delete my Binance account because I don’t use it anymore. I don’t have password, no logins, no 2FA installed anymore, just access to my email address registred with binance.

    How do I do this? I cannot find any support email address of binance but I cannot even make a ticket because I cannot login to my account.

    How long will uk users be able to withdraw their money out of the account? Or if i have balance in binance account can i spent it from binance to pay out stuff? Like a crypto wallet?

    I am part of the beefy finance discord, and I rarely sign transactions. However, today someone posted a link on that discord, so I stumbled on this website that was a copy of the real website, it seemed so legit. I ended up signing a transaction with my metamask + ledger which basically drained my wallet. I had invested in an LP and that LP was sold by the scammer. I am not knowledgeable enough to trace this guy, so I am asking the community here if they can please help me recover my life savings.

    Apparently, some guy on discord told me that this wallet is linked to a Kraken wallet: 0xd5612dd045399350f27eef4a198ee26d15ca7ac9

    I have already filed a police report in Canada. I have sent kraken the report as well. Unfortunately, Binance does not offer support for scams in Quebec, Canada if I don’t have an account with them but the problem is Binance does not open accounts for us so how do I reach out to them??

    Please help me locate the funds and what else can I do ? I’m so devastated right now…

    I’m sending money to Binance, and right after the transfer fees spiked and my transaction is put like 4 blocks away.
    I can do RBF in my wallet, but will Binance allow it? Won’t they get concerned about possible double spend?

    Could it be, that this is happening through malware? I won´t download the desktop app.

    so i have some ltc in my binance web3 wallet and ive been trying to transfer it to my binance spot wallet but every single time i do it i get the error :Your transaction has failed. TX decode failed. make sure tx has atleast one input.[604005] ive already asked customer support but they also couldnt find anything help is appreciated im down for any way to get the money out of there

    Hei Mods, I have a question

    I want to manage assets on behalf of family or friends. They have their binance accounts and I have mine.
    How can use the sub-account system to let them give trading privileges to me for part of their funds?

    Do they have to create a sub fund or I do have to create one? I don’t really understand if this is feasible or not.

Support have not given me any reason and the only reply they give me is that its their providers issue and they have sent them multiple messages regarding my issue. Its christmas and those money were ment for presents.. I need the money asap, please let me cancel the transacation or send me my money, i beg..

    I trade with a manual stop loss strategy where I click on market order when I want to mitigate loss. But today morning when I was trading, I was close to my liquidation position and wanted to minimise loss so I clicked on market order and suddenly I got logged out of my account. Now I am liquidated and am asking for a compensation from the team. The team is delaying replies when I enquired about whether the tech team could see that I was logged out automatically. I am not satisfied with the overall response by the CS

    I cannot reset 2FA and access my account. Old phone got damaged and cannot be turned on. Tried may times to reset and it’s been frustrating, been asked to verify in many ways multiple times and still get asked to 2FA when I try to login

    I bought with paymonade on 18-dec and I still doesn’t have the USDT in my Binance account. But the money in my bank account is on ‘Pending’ status and can’t use it either. The chat customer support keeps passing me from one aagent to another and after 3 days got no answer or solution. I emailed paymonade and got no answer since paymonade are only for partners

    Is MasterCard supported by binance? I’ve tried to add a card, but it said the card is not supported, I should try to add another card (visa). What’s this? Also I bought crypto with my orher MasterCard in november but today it cannot be used: “Currently not supported”. What changed?

    It’s my first time crypto and i dont understand how the pnl works here. I bought bnb using gbp yesterday, and i see bnb value is absolutely going upwards by more than 5pp, but how does this makes my bnb today’s pnl negative 0.22% or something like that. I don’t understand the logic begind that really.

    I have been waiting for almost 30 days for my withdrawal to be unblocked, support does not give any information when I will receive my money and keeps unsubscribing so that I just wait for an email. I do not recommend anyone to use Binance, they can simply freeze your money and not give you any information when you can get it back. I will spend this Christmas in total poverty, begging because Binance cannot give me my money. Many thanks to this service for such great holidays

    Years back binance was one app. Then they made a app for U.S. only. I was looking in my past history on coinbase 2018 time frame and I sent probaby $500 in bitcoin to my binance account. How can I assess my old binance account and transfer to the US binance? I have both apps on my phone but when I open and try to login on the non US app it tells me to open the US app.

    Hello,

    I contact you because of the following problem.

    I used to store all my passwords on a password manager that i unblock using fingerprint authentification.

    An issue happened asking me to type my password to access this password manager, without being able to unlock it through fingerprint as i used to.

    I do not recall the password to access my password manager.

    That prevent me to reach my Binance account because of the following reason:

    – I have no access to my Binance password

    – Regarding the 2FA, I set two 2FA for my Binance accounts:
    A) One using Aegis authentificator app
    B) Email authentification through code sending

    I can not access my Aegis authentificator app account because of my password manager problem.
    But I can do the email code sending authentification process.
    I have also registered my phone number.
    I can also proove my identity through video and with my ID card.

    Could you please precize to me which process should I do?

    I thank you for your help.

    Hello! I bought 5000 INR worth of Bitcoin from binance via P2P. If I convert the released amount of Bitcoin back to INR there is a 20% difference from amount in the google. What’s happening here? I am attaching screenshots

    Hi, I can’t log in as the app requires passkey but the passkey is my phone that I’m using on the app. It won’t recognize it though? I’m locked out. I tried changing password but this did not help. Is it possible for you to reset passkey for me?

    Hi,

    I’ve had a small amount of ETH in my Binance for a few years (~£100). Have never taken any out before. Have just gone to withdraw, and now I’m getting messages from the “buyer”. He asked for my Sort Code (fair enough, Binamce didn’t ask for it).

    Now he’s saying that it’ll come from their friends account, as they have reached their limit. Next they are saying there is a delay, and it should he with me tomorrow.

    Is this how it normally works? Feels sketchy to me. Obviously I haven’t released the Crypto.

    Please help!

    The account is controlled by a few people and we often have to get in at different times.

    If someone wants to withdraw money, I can understand the extra security precaution.

    ​

    Most of the time we just want to log in.

    ​

    I once have another now empty binance account. That one is a corporate account. In normal binance account we only need to give 2FA. No need for email.

    ​

    Why?

    ​

    Username, password, 2FA. That is very hard to crack already.

    ​

    What is the point in requiring email as additional verification?

    Hello, my account id is 66218542 and I’m having trouble withdrawing my funds, as soon as I log in binance app prompts an erorr saying “the withdrawal and trading functions of your account have been temporarily disabled as part of our routin monitoring procedures and compliance reviews.

    I talked to the support agent with case id:114734817, he transferred me to higher representative but I I’m still on hold since then knowing it’s been more than 13 hours since the first support ticket been opened.
    Please provide assistance on the matter.
