**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

I CANT withdraw my EUR from binance for 6 days!
Case Id #113113461 got closed with notice I should contact chat… And I did this every day.
Fiat Withdrawal with SEPA transfer paused without given reason, support referring me to payment team but they let me wait for over 48 hours without feedback.
Can others withdraw???
Just a few month ago it worked fine within 1 day.
No problems with Withdrawal in any way with Coinbase and Bitstamp.

My withdrawals are suspended and my case is unresolved since Mid May 2023. The chat support keeps telling me to wait patiently without giving any time line. Its already 6+ months.

binance asks me if I want to stay logged in on device I log in from (for 5 days) but I choose “not now” afterwards it prompts me to log in back again?

1 btc = 1btc so btc price drops shouldn’t be considered when answering.

current price: 9000 usd
buy price : 10.000 btc/usd (if price 10.000 bot buys)
sell price : 20.000 btc/usd (if price 20.000 bot sells.)
and the bot do nothing else?

I created a sub-account (with a virtual email)
I see it on the “Account Management” page but I can’t get into it.

I thought after creating a sub account I could click on it and I’d see a kind of clone screen of usual Binance web site with trade screen etc. but with a different account.

i have a question concerning the Web3 wallet. So i was swapping tokens (worth 112$) to get the REVV BNB token. It turned out that my 112$ gave me 375$ worth of REVV. When i want to change it back its losing 70% again and turns back to the original value. Why it even hast to increase to 375$ in the first place? What kind of phenomenom is this? Thanks in advance!

Has sell to card services been fixed?
I used Binance P2P. I sold USDT in order to get GBP into revolut. The money has been received BUT the money paid in comes directly from Apple Pay. Like I have added it myself. Not that it has been transferred. Is this legit, is there anything I should worry about.
does “We are currently unable to provide card withdrawal services.” mean that i can’t withdraw with my binance card from an ATM? or that i can’t send money from my account to a for example Visa card?

Is there support for btc lightning withdrawals on [binance.us](https://binance.us)? Not having support for lightning greatly impacts my ability to use the platform.

Pending refund for over 2 weeks, case ID 113357890. I made a trade 12 days ago with an unsupported pair, money was taken out of my account and binance hasn’t unfrozen the assets. I have been in contact with customer support many times with no resolution. I believe this is unacceptable to freeze people’s money like this and not helping them getting them back, very poor customer service, can someone help and offer something realistic instead of telling me to wait for days?

What is happening with Recurring Buy? My last payment got declined and then received an email from Binance soon after stating that there’s changes to Recurring Buy. I rely on this service to consistently make weekly payments so it’s quite frustrating that it’s unavailable now.
u/BinanceCSHelp I’m currently navigating the “Transactions” section on Binance Tax and have observed an inconsistency in the order of trades when refreshing the pages of my transaction history…. If I copy the 1st page of my transaction history, paste it into Excel, and then refresh Page one of my transaction history, the order changes. When cross-referencing row by row between the Excel sheet and the Binance history page, the discrepancies make it unreliable for reconciliation.
