**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

Last week you send me official email which indicates that all EUR features will work on Nov 22, 2023, today by chat support you write me none of EUR featurea will work at all, literally never. After 2.5 months, 10 missed deadlines, official email, not even EUR but debit card stops working today not even Dec 20. Binance ia complete scam.
everyone, if you’re having withdrawal issues, know that your money is gone. read the news. wouldn’t be surprised if binance halted withdrawals within the next month
So Binance decided to terminate services with me because of a p2p order in which the buyer send me the money through a payment channel I clearly mentioned him not to. I didn’t release the funds because I had no access to that account and I asked him to contact his bank and dispute the payment and I will approve it from my side. I did exactly that and with the the proofs readily given to binance. I helped that dude to fix his mistake and guess what, after that order was settled they decided to “terminate” services to me due to “wanting to keep the platform safe”. I appealed this decision and they still haven’t done anything about it. Looks like it’s completely okay for buyers to send you money literally somewhere else and just claim that they send. If my story seems absurd to anyone and if anyone wants proofs of each and every incident I can provide it. Binance team are you going to do anything about it?

Hi, is there any way to find my P2P funding history with a duration of more than 6 months ago or funding history that is more than 6 months old? The maximum duration is only 6 months, and I need information to calculate my profit and loss by comparing my funding amount from P2P and deposits from other sources with my current value. Can you guys tell me an exact time when i am getting my withheld money from you?
There is no reasonable cause that you are keeping my money. I have transffered to you through Paymonade on 14.11, you told me that i will have the money in 48 hours, after that in 72, after that in 5 days, after that in 10 days. First you told me that on 17th the money was transffered, today you told me that it was transffered on 14.11.
I talked to Revolut now and told me that no way that you transffered on 14.11 as it would have been reflected till now and asked me for a refund confirmation/reciept. Now we are back at 5-7 days. What is the truth??????

Hi. I was wondering why I cannot stay logged in on binance from my pc. I have to complete 2fa everytime I log in and its really annoying. Is it possible to stay logged in to my account or does such a feature not exist?
I’m from the UK. To Withdraw i need to verify. When I try to verify it says: The Binance.com platform is not available in your region.
So how can I resolve it?

Does anyone know, how to take legal action against binance from Portugal.
Binance has temporarily disabled by account and not letting me withdraw or trade for more than 2 weeks.
2 Weeks ago I received 1 BNB from unknown account and since then my account was temporarily blocked.

I asked Binance customer support, and they tell me that the 1 BNB came from a stolen source.
I told Binance that I do not recognize that transaction and if they want they can keep that 1 BNB.

Binance support then tell me that February 2023, 9 months ago, I did transaction with that person for around 6000 USDT and binance need to know who is that person.
Binance send me a BSCSCAN link and want me to identify that person from that link, which is next to impossible.

I told Binance that I do offline trade with multiple person in different platform, I don’t remember who is that person, with whom I was doing transaction 9 months back, and I also lost my old phone and got a new one, and I lost all my chat history.
I also sent Binance my new phone bill which I purchased 4 weeks ago.

But Binance keep asking for chat records and identify that person, which I don’t remember or don’t know.
​
Binance then told me that I need to wait 14 days for the team to investigate and after 14 days when I went back to binance support. They tell me that I might need to wait longer and there is no expected date or time.
​
I told binance that this is not appropriate and they tell me that when you sign up your account then as per binance Terms and condition, Binance have the right to do anything with my fund.
​
I told binance, I did not read it and then the support agent blame me that it is my MISTAKE if I don’t read it.
​
I am so upset with Binance support and their replies.

It looks like Binance doesn’t accept deposits from Mastercard cards ATM, only Visa cards are still available. Do you by any chance have any info about that?

My EUR MasterCard credit card suddenly is no longer supported by Binace to buy Crypto with EUR. Has the system undergone a change? When will the service be back online?
