**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

    My balance has been blocks way before they announced the issue with paysafe. paysafe gives a message they blocked for me being a high user bs.. since September I’ve been contacting Binance and no one does a damn thing to help nor give me proper information meanwhile my funds are blocked and making me lose a lot in interest. Anyone can give a hand with that?

    good morning, i was trying to do a sepa tranfer to my binance account from my bank (portugal), and in order to link my bank, the binance app sends me to Truelayer, that than asks me for my account acess codes(that are confidencial), my question is, why is this the only way to connect my bank account to binance and how secure this may be? i am not giving me bank acess codes to no one. and i tryied to get some info on true layer and i see no one talking about it, they even have less than 500 subscribers on youtube.

    I cannot deposit Fiat (Esrte bank, Austria). It links ok, then i get error message and to try later. This has been all week. Either fix this or I will leave Binance, it is useless without deposits.

    If I want to connect my (german) bank account via sepa it asks for my truelayer username and passsword but it says its not guilty but i have just created the account. Is there anything I have to link or set in truelayer because some functions are behind and upgrade wall

    Have not seen my 30000 EUR SEPA transfer since September 12.

    Case ID 110550712 and 110339953

    I am here to let some steam off.

    * I sent an 30000 EUR (converted from GBP) transfer via the paysafe payment solution with SEPA transfer from my WISE account on september 12. In the past this worked.
    * Now it did not arrive, and I did an appeal to Binance. They told me it was flagged to “risc control”. Someone somewhere had the audacity to create for me an enormous problem.
    * They said it will be refunded, but it did not arrive to my WISE account.
    * I asked in binance chat support why, and it turned out the refund transaction was sent back to Binance (or this paysafe), probably because when WISE converts money and sends it, it send from a joint WISE account, based on the receipt I got from WISE.
    * So it does not convert GBP to EUR to my WISE account and sends it from my own EUR account unfortunatley.
    * But it convers to thier own joint account and sends it from there, and probably they cannot receive it back to that account. And probably this was the reason Binance/Paysafe flagged my SEPA transfer in the first place.
    * Binance asked for alternative bank details, I provided my own IBAN on WISE and they asked to send a small EUR amount from that IBAN. That worked, and arrived in my EUR wallet in Binance.
    * Now I was told the refund will be done on this IBAN with SEPA transfer. This was on September 21.
    * Still not received my money back, even though a SEPA transfer shall take only max 1 day, or instant with SEPA instant.
    * Since then, chat support can only say to me they escalated the problem towards the payment provider (paysafe?), and waiting for an answer. Anyway I will ask each day, thats what I can only do.
    * Meanwhile all of this, paysafe is no longer a payment partner of Binance, at least you cannot send in EUR SEPA transfers anymore since September 25.     * And this might slow down things as there might be many other issues during this transition, even in this thread I see other SEPA transfer issues. So Binance customer support and also probably Paysafe is overloaded.
    * I hope Binance and paysafe are still in contact and my money is not lost.

    I never had issue with Binance but this time, this is getting ridiculus. I am losing my patience…

    And nobody will pay me EU central bank interests rates for these lost days for me, even though I think I am entitled to that.

    Hello ! I made an instant spea transfer yesterday using the binance paysafe account and i usually when i do this it doesnt take more than 10 mins after some time i checked binance eur deposit option and i found out that i dont have any options for depositing money when i contacted the support team each agent gave me a different answer some said 1-2 working days others said up to 7 working days and no one had a clear answer except that binance doesnt accept spea transfers from 25 September so i told a friend about this and he told me that he made a transfer today and he had no issues. So i told my bank about this issue, and they said that the bounce back should be instant. There are no delays since binance doesn’t accept any spea transfers
    Im confused right now. What should i do ?

    Hello, I wanted to ask a technical question on futures trading. So the question is this: Is it possible to change the stop loss to a profit area on an open position? For example: I get in the position at btc price 26000usdt, with the stop loss of 25900usdt. And than the price goes up to 26100usdt, and I put TP to 26200usdt, but I still want to make sure I am at profit so is it possible to put the SL at 26050 lets say?
