**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

How to use this the ‘recommandation’ on Binance ? Why is it better to use ? (Flexible/Lock/Stacking )
I have a problem with the linking of the Google Authenticator with my Binance account. On my laptop, the linking only functions for a few days, and after that the codes from the Authenticator are not recognised. I then have to reset security and link the Authenticator with my Binance account again. This takes time, but much worse is that I then have to wait 48 hours before I can do any kind of trading.
I have to regularly clear the cache on my laptop, and it seems that this affects the linking.
Unfortunately the support staff, although always polite, are often not very knowledgeable, and I spend a lot of time waiting for them to go and ask someone else. On one occasion I spent 12 hours with Binance support – eventually resolving the issue myself after trying several different browsers.
Any useful comments on the above would be most welcome. I am losing so much time with the issue mentioned that I am actively looking for another site to trade on (I need a site that functions in at least UK, Chile, Ukraine and Argentina – it must have both P2P trading, spot and margin platforms).
Hi I had a failed bank transfer of 500 euro to Binance , the transaction was made the 31 August 2023. The money never came back to my bank account till this day. I contacted with support, they said their payment partner never received the money, i did not not get any solution. Now they have closed the chat though they said they will keep the chat open until the problem is resolved. I was waiting to get my bank statement at the end of the month to see that my money did leave my bank account. The transaction was showed up on Binance and the money left my account but my money is nowhere. I guess it’s binance’s responsibilty to give my money back. My ticket number was #109778279

Around September 12-13 2023 my Binance account received a message “you’re account is in a state of restricted withdrawal” unfortunately we are not able to share any specific details at the moment. Shoud there be any additional data we are able to provide, we will contact you and your registered email address.
I have no idea what happened so I contacted the CS and they told me that I have to Read termination of terms of use VI, clause 1-4, and said my account is under investigation and I should contact police or law enforcement.
I am from the Philippines and has been an active P2P merchant for 3 years and I really don’t have any idea how my account got locked because CS would not escalate and give me any answer. Second that CS told me that binance randomly reviews account and suddenly locks it up without stating the reason. I find this very frustrating because my funds worth 10,220 USDT and 1,000 USDT Merchant deposit are locked up and scared as I am losing opportunity to trade in the market because I still have a negative ledger of 200k USDT in my futures trading.
I hope people with this similar experience can help me with this issue because it has been a hell for me this past 2 weeks.

Hi! My current case ID is 110375862 ans it’s already my second report of the same issue. When I tap on Withdrawal button my entire Binance app freezes and there is no workaround. My device is Iphone 11 IOS 17 and support team first suggested to re-install the app, which i did, and it did not fix the issue, now I’m on hold for over half an hour… Did anyone also encounter this problem?
Hello. Binance released a neat animated report in 2022. An astronaut jumping from planet to planet and each of those transitions contained statistics of that user. Can anyone tell me the name of that report? Or give a link to it. I found it last time, but can’t find it now.

Hello Binance team,
when I try to convert USDT to EUR in order to make a withdrawal via a credit card, I get an error message with the code 6000007 and I´m prompted to use another payment method to buy crypto. I don´t want to buy though, I want to convert to fiat and withdraw. Is that an temporary error or what could be the problem? Thank you.

I deposited today some money and it never arrived, whenever I try to open a ticket it says I have to wait 2 days for the money to be credited and the only option I can click on is “ I understand “ which is super gas lighting thing to offer.
Normally yes , this kind of transactions do need a day or two , but I specifically sent it as an “ instant transfer “ ( which I always do, and the money usually arrives in 6 minutes ) but not this time , so I double checked with my bank, and to m surprise they confirmed that the money was delivered! Which means the issue is from your end .
I had to try and send money today to test the platform after all the rumors I heard in the last week , so this is my story .
Now please advise me how should I proceed, am I gonna get my money that your company already received, or am I gonna end up telling the story to my friends as a lesson not to repeat?

I have been waiting 3 days now for my account withdrawal restriction to be resolved. Withdrawal was restricted just after I made a deposit in my account, I contact customer service and I was told to speak with my bank which I did, and my bank mentioned that there are no case or dispute opened. I was initially told this would take 48hrs now, 3days has gone and no response from Binance customer service, just pasting same responses for me from previous customer rep.
Every time I sell spot crypto with an OCO order, there are small bits (like 0.5$) left in my Wallet. I can´t covert becaus it is to small. Is there a way to sell all of the crypto?
