**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

    Good afternoon Binance support team I am a very distraught, frustrated and a very stressful customer I have been a good customer for almost 6 years yet my account was barred with error code RW00142, for almost 41 days (including weekends )and counting, This is how you all treat customers? My case ID 109170849 ! This is dehumanizing and disrespectful is as if we as customers/ users has no right ? Doesn’t matter how many cases pending to actually barred someone for a simple matter for almost 42 days can’t be justifiable!! Coinbase allowed all not supporting countries customers to withdraw, Paxful did the same, blockchain also why is it this practice of locking users funds for so long is widespread on binance ! Please man I wait enough I need a solution or we all who are suffering this same faith will consult a replicable law firm. This is too much.

    The reason for failure is as follows:
    Basic Failed
    (POA-1) POA pending

    What does it mean? What should I do?

    Hello,

    I have 17500€ stuck on binance since one month, apparently you are checking that the source of my money is legit, but I literally sent you all my banking infos for the last 5-6 months, it’s obvious that my money comes from my salary.

    I’ll very soon need that money, can anything be done so I can access my money asap? I already waited 30 days, something is not normal here.

    I’d like to think that my money is safe, but waiting 30 days for that is so weird.

    Dear binance I have been a customer for almost 6 years now on the 26th July 2023 I send 65$ Btc to a Bep20 Btc address this is a address I did actually send smaller amount to in June and July I have a 100.% proof of these transactions as they were completed without any problems! On my third attempt to pay this individual (it’s not an agent or organization ) transaction was rejected and my account stated 24 hour barred it’s now almost September and I cannot have withdrawal access to my wallet error code RW00142, my question is now without any proof of service terms violation? If I transacted with rogue address/ unsupported why allow previous transactions ? Come on man I need my BTC please case ID 109170849 ! Just restored my account withdrawal so I can withdraw what’s mine and closed my account I have lost trust in bainace and many complains of this same nature is all over reddit telegram and twitter. (You have become deceiving exchange ). Back to school in my country is Monday and my daughter’s Wedding was already passed with my coins which was to be sold (p2p) to help financially is still locked. Very distressing situation!! I hope someone can reach out to the relevant person in the shortest possible time. Also be aware that these things can caused people to commit suicide.

    Hi, I recently sold about 17000 usdt using binance p2p, in four separate transactions but now my bank is telling me that about 1400 of those dollars have been frozen by one of the senders (after it had already arrived in my account when I released the usdt).

    What is weird is that this is not the exact amount of any of the transactions, and my bank will not tell me which transaction this is a part of.

    Did this ever happen to anyone else or do you have any insights as to what I can do ?

    A few years ago, I tried to use the BSCW. There was no issue adding money from the Binance wallet to the BSCW. When I tried the reverse process of transferring from the BSCW to the Binance wallet, they gave me an issue about the decimal places my Binance wallet had; the wallet address had less than 18 decimal places, but they required I have 18 decimal places. I tried to contact them and they never replied. I still have some money stuck on my BSCW wallet because of the decimal place issue

    Hi, any idea why trading futures using the binance app on desktop is super laggy but using it on the web via firefox on the same PC is seamless?

    Can I do anything to maybe speed the app up (mainly the charting interface on futures) via in app settings or maybe a hardware upgrade? But idk what it uses.

    Again the same tabs on the browser is really fast , loading a chart via web takes less than 3 seconds but on the app it takes 10 and the mouse is draggy.

    Hi, i am new to binance and i wanted to transfer funds from my trading accout to binance to buy btc. So i got mail from blockchain day later telling me that my transaction was blocked and that i’ll get call from blockchain support. He told me that i need to transfer 3% of total amount directly from my bank account to binance and i’ll get refund when they confirm transaction. So i’m interested is this real because i dont want to be victim of some kind of scam. Thank you in advance.

    Hi. So I am new to this. Just deposited the money and changed it to btc. Then I wanted to withdraw to my own wallet (blue wallet app to be exact). When I tried to proceed binance locked my withdrawals for 1h. Is it normal?

    Hello,

    I opened short trade in futures worth 1500$ using cross margin and when the coin price went up my position went up as well, I understood that this maybe I’m using cross margin and to keep my liq. price the same. but when the price went down my position started to reduce and when I calculated that if I closed the position when the price fall 50% which should give me 1500$ profit, I get only 750$ and the allowed position at that price would be only 750$.

    Why is that?

    What’s the difference between book ticker data and Trades data? Doesn’t trades data show every trade that takes place as the bid ask data does? (from the historical market data page)

    Hello everyone! I am new to crypto and this might be a stupid question but it bothers me a little. Today I checked the price of BTC and it was about 26k so I decided to buy some with about 250 USD, but when I’ve gone through adding the card and saw the summary page I’ve seen that apart from the fees Binance takes, the price I was buying at was higher at about 26,9k. Why is it like that? Is it because Binance has to make money in some way? Should I just accept the fact and buy at a higher price or is there a way to buy at lower? Maybe I should try different method instead? Thanks to everyone for help!

    Hi, I keep trying to add euros to my Spot Wallet, but it says the service is unavailable. I tried using SEPA or credit card, but it doesn’t work. I’ve just been verified on Binance, but it should work in theory. I can by cryptos directly with my crdit card, but I want to be able to avoid the transaction fee by using SEPA. Is the issue coming from me or from the website ?
