**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

    Might sound like a stupid question but I need advice, when I’m buying through p2p in binance the estimated price for the amount of crypto I’m buying it’s showing $31 but when I’m going to the buying page it’s showing 35 dollars. Is it like binance’s platform fees or something? I don’t get the discrepancy

    hello i have a quick question. I transferred shib from binance to ledger nano X as it came to selected either Bep20 or Etc20 i thought Bep20 was the right choice bc of the lower fees. As it completed the transfer but didn’t show on my ledger i started thinking what went wrong. So guy’s do any of you have a idea what happend or what can i do to get my shib back?

    Good afternoon! Help please, I lost my coins on the EXODUS platform, transferring them to BINANCE. It’s so difficult for me in society due to the fact that I am a non-binary person, and then there are financial difficulties and ignoring support for my messages. There should be no mistake when inserting the address and copying the address, I couldn’t be mistaken. All funds went to a wallet address unknown to me, to which support said that it was a Cryptosufler virus. And she no longer answers my letters, I even wrote from another mail, but they also sent a letter. As a result, the virus cannot be because 1) I used an iPhone 2) I checked with antivirus programs and nothing was found 3) I couldn’t make a mistake when copying because I didn’t make more transactions that day and was attentive

    Been trying to withdraw SRM since the day the news came out that it was being delisted but everytime I receive the message that withdrawals have been suspended until Binance replenishes the hot wallet. Any update on how soon that would be?

    Dear binance I have been a customer for almost 6 years now on the 26th July 2023 I send 65$ Btc to a Bep20 Btc address this is a address I send smaller amount to in June and July with 100.% proof and transactions were completed without any problems, why is it that my account was barred with error code RW00142 since 28 days of sending a 3rd payment to the very same address now without any proof of service terms violation? If I transacted with rogue address/ unsupported why allow previous transactions ? Come on man I need my BTC please case ID 109170849 ! Just restored my account withdrawal so I can withdraw what’s mine and closed my account I have lost trust in bainace and many complains of this same nature is all over reddit telegram and twitter. (You have become deceiving exchange ).

    Hi, today I purchase something in a store with binance pay and the guy ask for my ID, he took a picture of it and send it to his boss, he told me that all of that was to confirm that I was the owner of the binance who send the money… I did not care at all and I don’t even over think it.. now I wonder if they can do something with that pic of my ID because to verify an account you need that so.. I don’t know… What you guys think?

    Hi Support Team, I may have a stupid question: I want to look up my spot trade history of the months from December 2021 to March 2022 on Binance. When I use the calender option to define the time horizon it always jumps back to the current month (August 2023). Thus I can not define my desired time frame. What am I doing wrong?     Is there any way that I can get my fiat onto Binance now if I live in Australia? The recommended bank for transfers in Aus is Commonwealth. I now have an account with them, and I STILL cannot get any funds directly from my bank card (Mastercard) onto Binance.

    I don’t know what other options I have, other than sending money to buy crypto on met@mask, to then send to Binance. I really need advice on this from someone from the Binance Australia team.

    Hello,

    I opened short trade in futures worth 1500$ using cross margin and when the coin price went up my position went up as well, I understood that this maybe I’m using cross margin and to keep my liq. price the same. but when the price went down my position started to reduce and when I calculated that if I closed the position when the price fall 50% which should give me 1500$ profit, I get only 750$ and the allowed position at that price would be only 750$.

    Why is that?

    I have uploaded the Enhanced due diligence document. My account has unlimited withdrawals for P2P, Fiat Deposits and Crypto Deposits, and a Crypto Withdrawal limit of 8M per day.

    I have uploaded all the documents that support the authenticity of my account and the source of my funds.

    However, my account has been temporarily suspended and cannot be withdrawn at this time. My account was suspended when I made a crypto deposit of 42405 BUSD. I am willing to indicate the ownership of the source of funds where the token comes from, because the source is clear.

    I am ready to cooperate and attach the required documents. This problem has occurred since 1 month ago and has not been resolved and until now I have not been notified of the reason why my account was temporarily suspended.

    I need clarity as this is disrupting my business and it cannot take much longer.

    What happened to the ‘advanced’ trading feature on the website? All I see for the past several days is the ‘original’? I would rather use advanced. Also why is there so many digits after the decimal in the order flow amount? For example, I’m looking at the VTHO order flow and the last amount purchased was 10,729.0000000. It’s been like that for a week or so now.

    Hello , i made a transfer from revolut account to binance my case id its Case ID #108441953 i transfered 530 euro in 17 july 2023 one month ago i send on a iban from Lithuania a Iban who its no longer used by binance for sepa transfers , before i made the transfer i ask in chat on binance if i can make it and they say yes if i made before transfers i can also make now so i made the transfer and here problems start , i didnt recive money in my binance account but also not back in revolut , they say if its a closed account i should recive money back in few days also i talk with costumer support on binance chat for 1 month every few days i write them , they say 1 week and a half i have to recive a update from payment center in 12-24 hours of course i didnt recive any update and every time i ask for a update they put me to wait i feel like i hit a wall there and they dont want to help me and reverse the sepa transfer from that lituania bank back to my account , also they tell me to talk with team from revolut for a recall so i did but team from revolut told me they cant recall because its a civil dispute so i am stuck in this and worried and i cant belive that can happend on binance i use it for years and i never ever had problems until any transfer until now , please help me if you can , thank you

    Just for arguments sake, if I 1.53 Bitcoin, would it display as 1.53 BTC, or would it showcase the numbers up to 8 decimal points? For example:

    1.53 BTC

    or would it show as

    1.53759428 BTC

I tried Binance P2P for the first time… But I ended up cancelling all transactions ‘cos every merchant has a different name in the description of the Wise account and the actual Wise account… They had a lot of transactions though… I’m confused… In Airtm everyone put the name they have in the Wise account… Any comments please?
