**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

When facing a scammer, Binance is giving him the benefit of the doubt and my funds can’t be released immediately. Why would the system give the scammer a 3rd attempt to redeem himself when he didn’t even respond the first 2 attempts. Smh, sucks to be an average Joe that actually needs the funds

Hi, Binance is encouraging us to convert our BUSD into FDUSD. Fine. But when I try to do this I keep getting an error saying ‘System failed to execute the quote, which has expired ..’ Now the process only allows 7 seconds to do the quote. I think my internet just isnt fast enough to do the process in 7 seconds. What can I do please? And why does Binance have such a short window of time?
Truelayer not allowing fiat deposits to Binance. No support facility to even report it via binance nor Truelayer. No deposits= no point.

Hey. I just made an account to escape from Coinbase. I am basic and advanced verified, but it won’t let me add a payment method to now buy crypto. Additionally, the mobile app app won’t let me sign in, as it tells me the account doesnt exist. It’s the same, verified email. Do I need to use the binance.us app instead?

Dear binance I have been a customer for almost 6 years now on the 26th July 2023 I send 65$ Btc to a Bep20 Btc address this is a address I did actually send smaller amount to in June and July I have a 100.% proof of these transactions as they were completed without any problems! On my third attempt to pay this individual (it’s not an agent or organization ) transaction was rejected and my account stated 24 hour barred it’s now almost September and I cannot have withdrawal access to my wallet error code RW00142, my question is now without any proof of service terms violation? Just restored my account withdrawal so I can withdraw what’s mine and closed my account I have lost trust in bainace and many complains of this same nature is all over reddit telegram and twitter. Back to school in my country is Monday and my daughter’s Wedding was already passed with my coins which was to be sold (p2p) to help financially is still locked. Very distressing situation!! Hello, I sold USDT p2p to someone using bank transfer, in my account I received the money, but it was from two accounts, neither of which was the name of the guy. I reported him for third partying, and told him that I would not release the crypto. I do not know what to do now, I need to send him his money back, but is there some way this could be a scam too? Please advise me on what to do, I am really stressed out with all of this. Do I need to appeal some other way other than reporting?

I wanted to ask about adding the card issue:
Steps I’ve made that created the issue:
1. I’ve added a new card.
2. Couple of days later I deleted this card.
3. After waiting 48 hours I wanted to add the same card again
4. After putting the card information I am redirected to my bank, but the card is not saved on my binance app like before.
I wanted to see if my other card would be suitable for the app, that’s why I deleted my main card. Now the card that was deleted can be used to buy crypto, I’ve verified it’s possible, but the card is not saved on my binance app. In the settings -> payment method I do not see the option to add a new card at all. Is there something I could do regarding that issue? Or maybe I should try again tomorrow, since I am not 100% sure if the 48 hours have passed since I deleted the card.
Hey team, around 1 month I can’t trade EUR. I get following message: „Our current EUR Fiat payment partner, paysafe, will stop offering SEPA deposit services to Binance users from 25th September 2023. As you have been detected as ha high frequency paysafe service user, we need more time to review the data. We have closed your paysafe account early to speed up the refunding process and to make sure that everything is in order.“
That’s absolutely insane. They withheld my money and I can’t use my EUR balance.

Hi. I’ve bought quite a lot of USDT recently, amongst other coins, but I’m finding the fees to be getting extreme? My most recent transaction today, I paid £410 of USDT, with a 1.99% fee (£8.20), fine, I’ll have a balance of £401.80 of USDT. However it’s only showing as £380 in my account, immediately after purchase. Why is this? Where on earth has that other £21 gone? This has consistently happened no matter what coin I buy, and I’m curious. It’s also getting worse?

If the tokens could be sent back to my wallet, I would swap them to USDT and deposit again, no problem. If the tokens could be credited for my friend, that would of course be the best.

I am a bit confused on the current status of withdrawing GBP from my Binance account. I am UK based. I thought that facility was withdrawn unless you did it by card with a 1.7% fee (or thereabouts).
However, I recently received the following message from Binance:

How can I see my transaction history from 2021? I’ve found how to download it as a CSV file which only shows the dates, times, type of transaction, coin, and amount. I want to be able to see the purchase cost in Fiat so I can work out my all-time PNL for each individual transaction.
Ive just logged into my account for the first time in months and upon logging in i received 3 separate text messages from 3 diffrent uk mobile numbers saying, Binance login verification code ****** Don’t share with anyone. Is my account compromised?
