**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**

● Your funds are SAFU. If you experience issues with withdrawing remaining funds, follow the above steps to get to our live chat queue – our agents will try our best to assist you with the offboarding.

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

● Binance Visa Card transactions

● Unable to complete KYC

● Any other issues

    DESCRIPTION: I have been using Binance since 2019(fully verified account) and given Binance is the largest cryptocurrency exchange it made me feel a little more at ease leaving almost all my savings in here than in the bank. Last June 20, 2024 upon opening Binance I suddenly received a note telling me my withdrawal functions has been temporarily disabled. Upon deeper research I noticed a lot of people have been going through the same issue and till this day their account has yet to be unblocked and has been blocked for months some even years and noticed people saying this problem is coming from suspicious/fradulent activities? To help give you guys more information, I trade on a day to day basis(spot & futures) and get my USDT from a local seller in my area(they give me the best rates) and withdraw money from my account to pay for my needs and wants. I contacted Binance support and was told to wait 30days for a feedback. The money I have in Binance is majority of my savings I am currently building a house and am using this money to pay for my house and bills. I am so worried I will not be getting my money back. I made sure to verify my account thinking that would keep it safe.

    I trusted Binance and never expected this to happen to me. So please if you guys could help me out I would really appreciate it. Willing to answer any questions you guys may have or give any information needed to help hasten this process. Thank you!

    **Description**: I used the authenticator app a long time ago, and now I can’t access my Binance account. I followed the steps for resetting my authenticator app, and you asked for facial recognition, but I receive the following message every time I try to verify: “Verification failed, please try again later.”

    Hello, I am using Binance on my computer. For odd reason I started to get this message when I logged into my Binance on my laptop

    “we are preparing this platform to comply with local regulations. during this process please use binance web platform for uninterrupted service.”

    Can you please help to fix this as I am able to use Binance on my phone and on web. Thanks in advance.

    Hello, when trying to connect to desktop binance app it says : “We’re preparing this platform to comply with local regulations. During this process, please use the Binance web platform for uninterrupted access.” I am currently in Spain and it does not make sense to me as to why I can use the app if I am logged out but not if I log in. Also no problems when using the website or the app in my phone so what’s going on?

    Hello, earlier today ive talked with Julia (110215429) because two weeks ago was traveling through Spain on vacation (im from Argentina) and i got this message on my laptop and my cellphone “We detect that you are attempting to access our services potentially from a restricted IP jurisdiction. Please upload proof of address before 2023-09-19 02:58, or your account will be restricted to place new orders once the deadline arrives.” as you can see im once again in Argentina, my country. Julia told me i just need to log off for 12 hours and login again, wich i did and i still get that. And i am verified.

    Is this a bug? Theres a prompt in my futures account stated below, but the date says year 2022, and I am still not restricted and im still able to do futures trade

    “We detect that you are attempting to access our services potentially from a restricted IP jurisdiction. Please upload proof of address before 2022-09-24 01:23, or your account wil be restricted to place new orders once the deaduine arrives, Upload POA”

    I’d like to have another family member’s phone number as a 2FA option in my binance account, is this okay? If they plan on opening a binance account and want to add their number, I’ll just remove it from mine and they can add it to theirs no problem right?

    Years ago i added fiat and purchased bitcoin then very soon discovered that I cannot use Binance in my region. (Its a shame I was allowed to upload money but not withdraw). This has been sitting for years and I still wonder how to get this money off of Binance in any format at all.

    Should I visit another region where this is allowed and try again or is the block tied to my residency, not my location.

    [HELP] Facial Recognition Denied

    To keep it short, binance keeps rejecting my facial recognition and keeps saying that the uploaded selfie is significantly different from the one provided. I can’t submit an appeal either since it says an appeal is “not privileged”. any idea how to solve this? Does having long hair in my ID have any contribution to why this is happening?

    I got a message from Binance’s number (the same number where login verifications come from) redirecting to binance.monthly-giveaway.net and an ID number after that. I can’t seem to find any info but I’m sure it’s a scam…?

    Hi,

    Version: IOS Binance App

    Location: GB

    Balance in GBP shows about 6-8% lower than it was today morning – however USDT amount remains the same and correct.

    Current GBP-USDT rate is ~1.282 and I have ~425 USDT. It showed about £335 earlier (which is correct) but now it’s showing as £315.

    Any explanation on what’s the issue?

    EUR withdrawals have been disabled since almost a month even though the EDD (Enhanced Due Dilligence)/Source of Wealth declaration process was supposed to take 10 days. Created two support tickets, both of which weren’t especially helpful (107868868 and 107654796).
    I’d be very grateful if the process could be expedited. Having any form of currency locked up is scary, especially for almost a month. Getting really worried. Thanks!
