**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

Please refrain from leaving multiple messages in this thread if your case has already been escalated.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**

● Your funds are SAFU. If you experience issues with withdrawing remaining funds, follow the above steps to get to our live chat queue – our agents will try our best to assist you with the offboarding.

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

● Binance Visa Card transactions

● Unable to complete KYC

● Any other issues

    I’m trying to borrow more TUSD against my BTC, but I get the red message: “Borrow amount of TUSD has reached the limit”. So far I have borrowed a bit less than 10k, with a health LTV. Online it says the borrow limit is 200k, so how come I cannot borrow more?

    Binance will be its own downfall. Mark my words. And they have resorted to dirty tactics such as making people unable to delete their account so that the MAUs will be much. They condone useless behaviours from their P2P merchants. Its only a matter of time for another exchange with large coin selection to come into the market for them to topple. At least in Africa.

    I wonder how this person feels. I know how I felt when I realized I had fallen for a crypto scam, I am glad I found this community where I was referred to u/@golf_hack_team)ON Instagram . I didn’t accept that my money was gone forever, I thank everyone that supported me during that period because I would have given up if not for their being there for me. If you have records of the scam transactions,(@golf_hack_team)you _ will get your money back. Reach them on instagram.

    Hi, I have a loan and I can only pay it with the colateral, currently I have a 65%ltv so is not going to liquidate anytime soon.

    Is there a way to pay the loan by selling the colateral, I don’t see an option on the app.

    Please don’t suggest me to pay with money from other side as is a massive loan.

    For the last 2 days, after going to wallet -> spot -> deposit ->I cannot get any address for any token, but I get this instead :

    “The selected network address Ethereum (ERC20) lisiting is currently being generated” ..

    How long will this take before i can generate a deposit address.

    Hi,
    I have a question, I can’t seem to understand the answer.

    As if right now, if I go to buy cripto BTC, no 1º page indicates this:
    Example to buy: 20 €

    0.000735 BTC

    Estimated price 1 BTC ≈ 27,196.75 EUR.

    If i go forward with it, the confirmation shows me an increse of value:
    20 € = 0.000735 BTC

    Estimated price 1 BTC ≈ 27,196.75 EUR

    0.00072247 BTC

    Price 1 BTC ≈ 27129.154 EUR

    Fee 0.40 EUR

    Total 20.00 EUR

    if I google the BTC value, the valueis to much of different,

    Hello, I have my residency in the Netherlands and have already moved 99.9% of my assets from Binance to my preferred wallets and exchanges. I have not used Coinmerce yet, but I do wonder what about the remaining Luna that I am still entitled to?

    How are UK bases users depositing fiat? Since gbp on ramp was discontinued, I carried on depositing with Euro but today the app says I can no longer do that too.

    So I have some BETH. I can’t get it off Binance as BETH but also can’t convert it to ETH. I am no longer allowed to use Binance in my jurisdiction so I can’t even KYC. HELP

    This place is nought but a considered effort to spam and phish by bad actors. Unleeeeeessss Binance is SO keen to solve my problem that it has 25 accounts sending helpful links in bad English, in which case I apologise to all involved.

    Hi all,

    I’m having an issue with moving Euro around binance, and withdrawing.

    The euro balance is showing under “funding”, but when I go to transfer or trade a zero balance is showing.

    Has anyone had this issue before and can anyone help?

    **When Brave browser closes/restarts its automatically asks to sign in in Binance.**

    It asks to sign it and go through 2fa every single time. My cookies are enabled. it works for all other sites. Except Binance. I’ve seen few posts here and there around the web from various people having this exact same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

    (already cleared cache/safe mode etc).

    As others I also want to know how to withdraw some euros from my Binance account with an added issue.

    I was allowed by the site to click the “Withdraw” but it requested a transfer of 2eur to verify my bank account (which I did). But right now, those 2 euros are stuck in space because, after contacting support, they told me withdrawing euros right now is not possible.

    What is going on? I read that the PaySafe payment partner will cease to support Binance but only from Sept. 25 onward…
