**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**
● Report hacked accounts and funds.
● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.
**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**
● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.
● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

● Spot, margin & futures trading
● P2P disputes

Hi Binance team.
I have a general question. I purchased BUSD from a coinbaseplatform. I’ve since wanted to cash that out but am unable to do so.
I’ve since transferred to a coinbase wallet which also dosent allow me to do anything with my BUSD
Wondering if there’s something I can do at the Binance end to help me cash oit this investment

Hello I thought you can not withdraw GBP to any uk bank anymore.
The option is still available to withdraw to my Barclays debit card.

Yesterday I tried withdrawing from my Binance card via the ATM. Remembering the daily limit of 290 EUR, I withdrew 400 Bulgarian Lev (200 EUR). To my astonishment, the total amount charged to my account was 215 EUR. That means Binance ATM withdrawals cost as much as 8% in fees. Is this correct? What is the reason for such high fees?

Its been since last Thursday and live chat cannot provide any details than the standard ones

WHY does exporting transaction data from Binance result in differing outputs(timestamps) depending on the method used?
We can export the statement files via: transaction history > export transaction records. Cool, fine. This gives me all data. HOWEVER, if you then export your deposit/withdraw history via: Transaction history > export withdrawal history / export deposit history, the timestamps are different. It looks like the latter method gives you the exact timestamp of the “creation” of the transaction, whereas the first method gives you the timestamp for when the transaction has reached a particular amount of confirmations. Is this correct?
This is not ideal for tax purposes, when you transfer to and from wallets and other exchanges. It creates confusion on the IRS/tax dept end. In most cases for instance, the withdrawal from binance registers as a deposit on a different exchange BEFORE the withdrawal has even happened, according to the exported Binance data using the first method. This should probably be explained further or be included as a footnote in the exported documents.

Hi there,
Im based in the Netherlands and a long time user of Binance. I understood that even though Binance is leaving the country Im still able to keep my coins on Binance and have them staked.
My question is whether I can still make trades and send these coins to another exchange? For example trade everything to XRP and withdraw that.

I want to ask what Binance pulling their regiatration from Cyprus means and how it will affect me. Talked to support they dont even know that they pulled their registration back. I am not a cypriot but i live here and all my bank info is cypriot so i need to know how this will affect me . If im not mistaken i use binance from before they even try to register here so i am not so worried just want someone to make it clear about what is going on. Thank you!

I don’t understand why I am being suspended for 90 days from posting P2P ads when all I am doing is just doing the trades available. I am not buying and selling, I am not washing. I am simply just offramping crypto and I get suspended. The person I spoke doesn’t understand the bank limits and rules in my jurisdiction. I need someone with a global understanding to carefully review my case in hopes of reversing this suspension. Because to be honest it is kind of dumb to suspend me for similar trades when I am just taking the only available trades which are available at a good rate for me. Looking forward to hearing back soon in hope of being able to post P2P ads.
