**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**
● Report hacked accounts and funds.
● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.
**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**
● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.
● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**

**5. Trading system and other account issues**
● Spot, margin & futures trading
● P2P disputes

My account was suspended for no reason. I have a lot of money in it and I’ve been unable to withdraw my funds for months. This is blatant robbery and I am so displeased with Binance. I reached out multiple times to support and no one was able to help me. Absolutely ridiculous!

Hi I am receiving an account restricted notice whenever I try to withdraw/transfer crypto to another wallet. These assets have been sitting in binance for about two years. My support ticket is 2747498, I have an active chat open but have not received any response.

Hi Binance, i received a call with UK Number which named me all my personal details like
DOB, TelephoneNumber, Email Adress and tried to convince me that i should click on a link in an email, to receive my 500EUR bonus.
This is obvisiously a scam but how can they get to all my personal details?

I have just opened an account. I transferred some ETH from my Ledger wallet. I then converted it into EUR. When I tried to withdraw the euros I selected the SEPA option. I was then asked to verify my EU bank account. When I clicked on verify, the next screen shows “already deposited” with bank details for a bank I’ve never heard of, Banking Circle in Luxembourg. There is no option to remove this account, and no option to add my bank account. Raising this issue through the Chat failed to provide any explanation as to how this has happened.

I had a number of flexible loans – the liquidation ltv was at 85% on all of them.
Every single one has been liquidated for a lower ltv ratio then I even took the initial loan out for.
During last year I have put more money In to lower my ltv ratio sometimes by 20% then the initial loan. So I could manage my risk.
All these have been liquidated lower then my initial loan and lower then the stated liquidation ltv and I have been charged a fee for this as well.
Speaking to the online agent he initial said the market can make the ltv change – but this is not the case.
Understand ltv can change depending on the market but the ratio I get liquidated at shouldn’t change
Can someone please help explain what happened?

When the AUD trading pairs are suspended, will there be any options for swapping AUD into other currencies or will it just sit there being useless until they open up again?
I know the trading pairs won’t be there but what about conversion?
Is it just me? I cannot change favorite markets, I mean can freely change pages, it i stuck on page 1. And this is only on PC 🙁

Tried to withdraw money from Binance and went through the confirmation email and got this error message “Withdrawal Failed
It looks like this action is no longer needed. Please check the withdrawal status or contact support if this continues.” After getting this message the transaction stays pending.
I contacted chat and the id# I have is #76229889.
Is there a way I can resend the confirmation email or a different way to go about confirming the transaction?

Hello, Binance blocked my withdrawal. Error code RW00292. I sent all the documents that binance required from me. And it just started waiting for 30 days. I think this is some kind of abuse. Because there was no action on my account other than 1 deposit of 100 dollars, which I cannot withdraw. Please unblock my withdrawal and delete my account. I don’t want to be your customer anymore, just give me my money.
