**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

● Binance Visa Card transactions

● Unable to complete KYC

● Any other issues

    I have binance account and I am Australian living in Australia. I tried to sell my usdt to aud but it keeps on only showing eur sell and different methods of selling than regular Australian p2p trade.

    I wonder how this person feels. I know how I felt when I realized I had fallen for a crypto scam, I am glad I found this community where I was referred to u/@golf_hack_team)ON Instagram . I didn’t accept that my money was gone forever, I thank everyone that supported me during that period because I would have given up if not for their being there for me.     My account was suspended for no reason. I have a lot of money in it and I’ve been unable to withdraw my funds for months. This is blatant robbery and I am so displeased with Binance. I reached out multiple times to support and no one was able to help me. Absolutely ridiculous!

    Been waiting for a week on 2 sepa deposits now. My bank confirmed it was processed to the Paysafe sepa banking circle details, but nothing is on my binance. Can you kindly check this asap? There is no response on my appeal either

    My buying function and withdrawals are disabled. One of the requirements on the appeal is that binance asks for bank statements clearly stating binance transactions. When P2P trading you can select bank transfers which when you send money you do it through the bank via account transfer or link. It seems like there’s no possible way I can get my binance account back?

    I was just called by someone claiming to be from binance.
    He told me there is a smart contract about to expire and i should change my network to btc network in order to receive some rewards in btc.

    -i know nothing about smart contracts, is this possible or is someone trying to scam me?
    -if it’s possible, how do i change the network?

    Deposit issue: I transferred EUR from a UK-based Revolut, and Binance’s partner bank apparently cannot accept my payment “because it is a UK bank account”. And not they can’t return the payment because of the same reason. Anyone had this same issue?

    Why did Binance de-list BUSD/USD? It seems like they’re not even supporting their own stablecoin anymore. Is there any plan to bring it back?

    is there ANY way i can enter a short position from italy?

    i tried with binance futures but the eu blocked futures trading, same with margin trading.

    (btcdown and ethdown are excluded as i mainly trade small dapps)

    Sorry if I don’t explain this properly but why (when I have my currency set to AUD) does it show one value when I’m holding crypto in my wallet, but then if I go to convert that crypto to AUD the amount is much less?

    I noticed that on the conversion page it warns about trading AUD because the conservation rate “may not match the current exchange rate” but I don’t really understand why or how to find the relevant rates. I know that the conversion gives a rate but there’s no way to see the rate used to display wallet value.

    The site used to always save dark mode whenever I logged in, but now every time it starts on light mode and I have to set it back again. I know it’s not a big issue but I want to know why it isn’t saving my settings anymore, it’s not just the colors sometimes it resets my 2FA too by defaulting to e-mail which I never use instead of the usual phone 2FA.

    1. how can I know if I received Real-Time APR and Bonus Tiered APR?
    2. how can i know if i am still subscribed or unsubscribed to simple earn flexible mode?
    3. there is a certain number of BTC displayed in my Spot balance and my wallet overview section displays a different number of BTC. how can I figure out the number of BTC I have?

    This seems a bit dishonest, Im in Australia and in order to fund my account my only option is to buy crypto with my credit card.

    The rate that is offered way below what it should be, eg.

    by credit card Im offered 0.622 USDT for 1 AUD. The current price is 0.82.

    How can Binance justify that?

    I am following up on a verification case that has been taken **weeks** now. All documents related to source of wealth declaration have been provided, and it has been pending for weeks! There has been no response whatsoever from the support team. Only thing they always mention is that this will be fixed within 48h. It is impossible to make any trades (which is very painful given current market conditions) and waiting to get my funds out for weeks now. When will this be resolved?

    Case ID #105057988. It’s been almost a week and the onky updates I get is that my case is being escalated to the relevant team/I’m being transferred. It’s like an endless loop with no real solution.
    I have not been able to buy Crypto with credit card for a while, something to do with a verification issue, and it won’t let me fix it.

    I have negative experience with Binance currently. Waiting for 1 month go get Fiat services enabled due source of wealth. I don’t get any response. I have 2 case ids: 104784949 and 105140408.
