**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**
● Report hacked accounts and funds.
● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.
**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**
● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.
● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

What are you gonna do with all that loose change we (Canadians) can’t withdraw? You just sent me 2$ worth of LUNA has a last airdrop but since it’s less than 0.01 BNB it’s stuck. It’s like giving yourself a gift. I’m flabbergasted by the amount of cash you are going to make with Canadians loose change.

Binance is unquestionably going through some significant issues. They’ve been blocking users’ withdrawals, mine included, for over a month now. The support responses I’ve received have been unhelpful and vague, typically saying, “We apologize for any inconvenience but would like to reiterate that we are unable to provide any details.”
My account is reportedly under review for supposedly violating their terms and conditions. However, this is impossible, as my account activity involves nothing more than soft trading in BTC. I’m aware im not the only one on this situation and several other people are facing this – its clearly a red flag for Binance security.
It’s deeply concerning and evidently unlawful for a company to withhold a customer’s funds without providing a concrete reason. Not only is it important for me to understand why this is happening, but they should also indicate a clear deadline for resolving the issue.
Sadly, my attempts to solve this problem directly with Binance have been futile. Their support system or even outsourced employers seems to be stuck on auto-reply mode, sending pre-made, non-contributive messages, which does nothing to advance our problem.
I’m extending an invitation to anyone who might be experiencing the same issue: feel free to get in touch with me, so that we can explore potential joint actions to address this situation.

My account was suspended for no reason. I have a lot of money in it and I’ve been unable to withdraw my funds for months. This is blatant robbery and I am so displeased with Binance. I reached out multiple times to support and no one was able to help me. Absolutely ridiculous!

Hey, I have an appeal pending, how long will it take to resolve the issue? When I joined Binance years ago I had to do the whole KYC thing. Since then I have made many deposits and withdrawals via Card and PayID.
Why am I being required to KYC yet again? It is a major pain in the butt. So please explain.

is it possible to delete unwanted coins? I received many moons ago some BTTC for transfering USDT between wallets. Sadly, that amount is ridiculous small so that I am not able to convert to BNB. Even if I buy some extra BTTC for BNB conversion, the leftover is still the same amount of BTTC. Its triggering me and would love a fast way to get rid of it (dont want to sit hours in chat support)

I would like to deposit EUR with Sepa Instant to load my Visa card, but this warning “Attention
EUR deposits through SEPA Instant might delay due to bank maintenance” is unsettling me.
How long will this jam last and if there is a delay (they say yes may and not must) is this delay about hours , days or even weeks.
I am aware of other alternatives but I upload exclusively through Sepa.

Hi binance! Why you blocked my login functionality TEMPORARILY but after 4 april more than 1 month, after 3 times of support tickets, NO ONE ANSWER or unblocking! I’m still looking for a response on this question as there hasn’t been any additional explanation from Binance.
With the recent announcement to withdraw from Canada, I would like to understand what actions I need to take and what functionality will be restricted on Binance and what won’t.
If I currently hold crypto on Binance, can I continue to hold those positions past Oct 1,2023? No further buy trades anticipated.
Will I be able to sell those positions after Oct 1,2023 or only transfer them to another exchange?
Is there somewhere I can find out exactly what services will be restricted and which will still be available?
I would prefer not to move everything off the exchange so I need some clarity on how this affects Canadians.
