**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

● Binance Visa Card transactions

● Unable to complete KYC

● Any other issues

    I wonder how this person feels. I know how I felt when I realized I had fallen for a crypto scam, I am glad I found this community where I was referred to u/@golf_hack_team)ON Instagram . I didn’t accept that my money was gone forever, I thank everyone that supported me during that period because I would have given up if not for their being there for me.     Binance API question. During a liquidation event on a margin account, what signals does the Binance API send to the client to inform it that a liquidation has been triggered by Binance. I need to unit test this part of my bot and I cannot find documentation on it.

    i deposited BLUR tokens to my Binance account when i read that you will add BLUR-USDT futures .. however i discovered its not supported yet on the platform !! how i can recover my tokens ? please help

    I never received a SOL deposit i made and i’ve already been in contact with your team already via email, the ticket number is #2724462. They said that it was due to a block height sync error. On 4/26 they emailed me telling me that the deposit was manually credited to my account but I never received anything.

    I just converted my Fiat into Matic, but my balance doesn’t show my Matic, although it’s “successful” in the convert history.

    I got an email that said “Your deposit address under TRX network will expire on 23-5-26.

    Please obtain a new deposit address.”

    What does it mean? If I do not withdraw or deposit anything, do I need to be concerned?

    In the future, if I withdraw the money to a bank or deposit cash in Binance, do I need to be concerned?

    Hey regulators, I just created my account not long ago, and I did not complete verification process because I found out it was illegal to use Binance in Malaysia. I’ve tried to follow the steps to make a case id but failed, and I cannot install Binance app because it’s block by my region (Malaysia). I would like to have my account deleted because I wanted to comply with the law as Binance is not regulated in Malaysia. I managed to create an account because I subconsciously change DNS every time I use browser on my phone, thereby granting me access to Binance website, and did not realize that I cannot use Binance in Malaysia at all. I believe this to be the case to delete my account and I really wanted to obey the laws, thank you in advance

    I hope this is the right place for this question.

    I’ve been relying on the all statements report to stay on top of my account for personal bookkeeping and taxes. Now it looks like the real-time APR rewards are not included in the all statements report. Am I missing something or are these omitted for a reason?

    I keep trying to withdraw my AUD but this pops up and there’s nothing wrong with my bank account and stuff? I’ve done withdrawals before but this started happening, is it also possible it’s happening because I changed my authentication app??

    Please obtain a new deposit address via Binance app, website or SAPI as soon as possible.

    Do i need to Keep a copy of the address if i make one? Will i need to use it each time or will it be saved?

    Do i use the same address for all my crypto coins?

    **Problem :How to deal with small amounts left from isolated margin trades ?**

    ​

    **Description:**

    When we trade on isolated margin, there is a limited amount of pairs we can trade. As an example if I want to start trading BTCUSDT and I have reached my limit I could close my positions on say AKROUSDT, close this pair, transfer USDT to BTCUSDT pair and start trading BTCUSDT. The problem is that there is always a small amount of AKRO left to be sold. For instance you cannot sell 1000.4632645 AKRO. You can only sell 1000. This means that you cannot close this pair to open new pairs.

    **On 3X margin trades there is the option to convert small amounts to BNB. But that is not the case with isolated margin, which makes it impossible to close certain pairs.**

    How. can we deal it this ?

    Could you please provide me with update. I have been assured last time that my case will be resolved as a matter of first priority but I had waited during 3 weeks (4 month in total ) and nobody haven’t contacted me . I had created new ticket ID 103389523 (previous one was silently closed) and it is also already 5 days after deadline.

    I have not used Binance in years, but I am in US and want to withdraw what I had in there. I cannot login with the [binance.us](https://binance.us)
    Is it still possible for people in the US to login and withdraw their assets? Or did I miss a period and you just have everything now?

    Hi! I am having this problem with copy-pasting price from trade history. Example:

    29,454.37 becomes 29.45 when I paste it to set a SL price, other places I paste give me: 29,45437

    This is a very big problem when scalping or having to act fast in general! I now have to type the whole price by hand when I really need to keep my eyes on the chart.

    Tried multiple browsers but same result, I do not have this problem on my Chromebook. So is it a setting in Windows I have to change maybe?

    Hi i traded p2p on binance but my withdrawal function is now disabled
    I sent the kyc and documents but i still have problem
    Your support still asks for bank statement that reflects p2p transactions which i dont have because i used e-wallets to preform the payments (perfect money and advcash)
    I sent the statement from these wallets but you keep asking for bank account statement. I sent it but it doesn’t reflect the required transactions
    Is it possible to contact the support by email?
