**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

    as a US customer, how do i make a withdrawl in Binance.com if i have an expired deposit address? every support option prompts me to sign in and my login info is not recognized by Binance.com. god i feel so stupid. i get routed to the login screen even if i opt to enter as a visitor.

    backstory: the email that explained my deposit address was expiring was in my spam folder. i bought a bunch of low cost coins few years ago and don’t check them often, so i didn’t notice something was wrong until 7 months later.

    I bought some cloud mining services on presale over a month ago. The estimated mining start date was three weeks ago. I haven’t seen any change in status ot update at all. What is going on with the cloud mining services I purchased and now a third of the mining period has gone by

    Case ID: 2699325. I have been trying since the beginning of March to deposit funds in my [Binance.us](https://Binance.us) account.from my Schwab checking account . I go through the PLAID verification process with “Success” and verify that [Binance.us](https://Binance.us) is shown as having third party access to my Schwab account on the Schwab website. However, when I go to make the deposit it fails without explanation and removes Schwab from my funding options. I set it up again and get the same result again. Repeatedly. I have contacted support and they don’t appear to grasp the problem. They keep sending me to a link for disputing a deposit that requires me to upload videos, bank statements, etc. Then, because the bank statement doesn’t show a Binance.us withdrawal, they reject it. When I point this out to them they keep insisting that I resubmit the information to the link. I tried the online chat support and was informed that someone would be with me in six _hours_. You guys are really hard to do business with. How can I escalate this problem to someone who will take the time to understand it and do more than send a canned response?

    Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account – 102586830

    Hi, I’d really appreciate additional help with my issue, which basically comes down to me losing my Yubikey security key and being unable to login in to my account. I did open a case *102586830* with Customer Service to reset it, but resolution came down to me finding answers to 2 security questions, which I won’t know the answer to:- account registration date and IP – I did check my e-mails by sender, topic, keywords etc. It’s just deleted. Also did a check in Google account activity, not there. And there’s deposits, but I didn’t really do anything other than registration at the time, so dates won’t match.

    I’ve provided a video of me with my ID and video of a deposit, but because my account wasn’t verified again when new policy came in place, I also must answer 2 security questions, which I can’t do. I still have access to my SMS and email verification methods.

    Is there really nothing else to be done and I won’t be able to access my funds at all? What if someone lost their key and access to email – they also wouldn’t know the answer to these questions. I understand it’s security, but what do these 2 question really prove – that I have access to my inbox and didn’t delete emails from 2020?

    Is it possible to set up automated weekly USDT to crypto purchases on Binance, and have it go into my spot wallet, and not Simple Earn?

    I do not want to use Simple Earn. It yields almost nothing, but creates transactions in my account history every day. Hundreds of tiny interest transactions mean I have to buy a higher tier of my tax software, which costs more than the small amount of yield from Simple Earn.

    I have been trying to make a withdrawal from Binance for days and I am still getting the error RW00142, I have been writing to support for days and they do not give me if they want an answer even though I already answered what they asked me, I need to withdraw my assets for an emergency and They don’t give me an answer, I’m scared!     Hi I’m unable to my stake my crypto all of a sudden. When I try to stake via binance earn, I get error dialog saying “Dear user, due to terms of service and compliance with local regulations, this feature isn’t available in your region”

    Why is this happening? I could do it until a week or 2 ago. I’m in UK

    Mine account is still on hold while the the issue has been solved but binance is taking a long time to release the account and still they haven’t done any progress
    The support team is taking time and time

    Why does it say my account has failed risk’s assessments? because of this I can’t do a lot of things on binance. What does this mean? I’m verified though and have been using binance for a while already. What do I have to do?

    Also why can’t I use lite referals? It says “ineligible account detected”. How do I make my account eligible? It says batch account and sub account can’t use but my account is my own personal use though? Its not a batch nor sub account.

    * another question: if i re verify kyc will my crypto on the account disappear? Do I have to transfer it elsewhere first before re doing kyc?

    I’m having an issue with the generated BEP2-Address from a recovered Binance Wallet (Version 2.13.7) Add-In (For Google Chrome).

    I bought a new computer and wanted to recover my wallet with my seed phrase. The generated BEP20-Address (0x0521c145a41eb2e2ed409abbd2b47f452c2506e7) is correct and I see my funds. The problem is the BEP2-Address.

    I staked about 18 BNB. See the [Transaction](https://explorer.bnbchain.org/tx/68255CC63D6C35991920DC01E7E2AE8D6365778E6C08B76562D765D8469345F6).

    My issue is that the generated BEP2-Address is wrong and now it doesn’t show my staked funds and the rewards (correct address should be bnb15mspemmrtzvz868pylncqwfv4l9dypaua0kd95).

    How can I regenerate my BEP2-Address with my seed phrase as it perfectly works for the BEP20-Address?

    Can you help me out?

    Second one: i receive email with:
    [Important Notice] Notice of deposit address expiring. Please obtain a new deposit address via Binance app, website or SAPI as soon as possible. How can i change these adress? I can’t find any information how to do it?

    when im ask for whats going on to the case they only say under reivew with no updates and unlimited excuse to lock my money and trying to make my money turn in to dust for my in hand contract.

    Besides with the fallen of exchanges such as FTX and lots of others, i am very afarid that binance its trying to frozen all our accounts for keeping our locked funds in their platform for thier crisis.

    Hi,
    I have reached out to Binance.US numerous times because I cannot create an account with you guys. I am a voyager customer and i need to create an account to access my funds from voyager. Binance.US has not given me a reason why despite the several times I have reached out. I have received poor customer support with no straight answers other than “it is being dealt with on the backend”. I don’t know what that means. I am only trying to retrieve my funds from voyager once this bankruptcy is settled. I have waited long enough. It has been months now and I still have not received any answers.
