**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

Please refrain from leaving multiple messages in this thread if your case has already been escalated.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**

● Your funds are SAFU. If you experience issues with withdrawing remaining funds, follow the above steps to get to our live chat queue – our agents will try our best to assist you with the offboarding.

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

● Binance Visa Card transactions

● Unable to complete KYC

● Any other issues

    I have ftm on the main chain, Binance native wallet. Trying to bridge repeatedly to bsc and it fails. Please help.

    Dear Binance,

    I added Arbitrum Nova to Metamask. Then while on the Arbitrum Nova network, I sent about 0.36 ETH to my ETH Binance wallet.

    I thought I was using the ETH network to send the Eth.

    And now it has not showed up.

    I contacted support and was given an answer but I’m still confused as to what happened?

    And is there anything that can be done about this?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Wrong network deposit mistake, the application submitted, as per Application Details :

    “A handling fee of 100 BUSD is required to recover your erroneous deposit. The fee will be deducted from your Spot Wallet. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds for fee deduction during the process, otherwise there will be a longer waiting time.”

    Does that mean that the 100 BUSD are not required unless you want the application to be processed faster?

    How can I withdraw less than 10$ from binance to a wallet

    Hey guys,

    I am in desperate need of withdrawing money from binance to a wallet. Its only 9$ which might not seem much, but i really need it.. i had 20$ in like 2 years ago, never imagined id be needing to withdraw it. However its saying 10usdt is the minimum i can withdraw. Any workaround?

    I cant withdraw my money because there is always “verification failed”, my account is verified but i am stuck in this verification plus where i need to confirm my current address with some documents. Can i somehaw cancel this verification plus process?

    Please, someone help me, every day I receive different information from binance support, They themselves cannot determine what is happening with my account and their incompetence kills me.
    Since January 4, they are lying to me that my account will be unlocked.
    Pl. see attached evidence how binance treat customers.

    Case id: 99486998 (i was informed on 4th of January that my account will be unlocked in 24 hours.

    Case id: 99559175 ( after 24 hour they asked 3-5 days)

    after these i dont remember case id but they asked to wait till 30 janyary,

    on 30th of january i was asked to wait till 7th of february. case id: 100006106 – 100287329 currently my account is still blocked and i was told to wait 30 days. its not funny, binance lazy and incompetent employees harass me.

    The earthquake support program you initiated is a very sensitive behavior, but many of my friends, including me, have done the 3rd level address verification on binance tr after February 6, we were psychologically affected in the earthquake area, and now we are affected economically, many things outside, our expensive food expenditures, 35 dollars a day We would like to ask you to extend this campaign for 3-4 more days. I would be very happy if you consider my request, we love you even if it is not received, you did what other exchanges did not do and for being with us ❤️

    I have been asked to provide the following documents to binance:

    1) Last 3 months of payslips (or bank statement showing salary payments) 2) Any contract/invoices that is under your name (self-employed services) 3) Any Sales of Real estate (Please provide notary letter) 4) Any Crypto wallet (other than Binance) that could help us to declare your net worth (Please provide provide a screenshot of trading platform account registration and current wallet balance or 3 months trading history) 5) Earnings from dividends/Investment portfolio 6) Latest Income tax assessment (issued by Government)

    My account has also been restricted and I can no longer withdraw anything from my wallet.

    I find this highly suspicious and I am very concerned. Can I please get some information as to whether this is normal?

    Greetings, I have a problem with my p2p and I do not receive a response from your support. I only get this message “Your P2P Suspension Lift Application has been rejected. The reason for rejection is: Unfortunately we cannot proceed via appeal at the moment. Please kindly reach out to Binance CS support via chat for further assistance.”

    Hi support team,
    Is it possible to do auto-invest but to put the invested crypto in the spot account? Or to put it into invest but deactivate the interest?
    BR
