Clear your browser cache. If using Chrome delete all history from the beginning of time.

Have that problem as well, the page just refreshes a billion times until it gives me an error saying I’ve requested too many times

It did that for me earlier and paused my ad blocker and restarted my browser. It worked. not exactly sure what it was
