Binance’s Big Mistake: 4000 Victims !!!

[ad_1]

Hello, The article will be a bit long, but maybe it will interest everyone in some way.

**I explained to you 3 months ago that our accounts were blocked for no reason. The moderators removed my post when my article about this became a trend and questions increased in binance.**

They left us in many financial and moral difficulties for 3 months. They did not give any information for 3 months.

# Now everybody gather ! The real scandal starts after that.

10 days ago, we were told that our accounts were blocked due to the decision of the prosecutor’s office in our country.

Many of us were shocked. There was no investigation about us. Our bank accounts were active, there were no national or international blocks or investigations on us. Many of us did not even have a traffic ticket until this age.

Many of our children thought that we were involved in a crime without realizing it, and we had a difficult few nights. Our moral losses were added to our material losses. We had another shock when we went to the prosecutor’s office quickly and investigated our name and wallet.

The situation was briefly as follows;

Due to betting on the accounts of 229 people, their assets were confiscated in our country. The prosecutor’s office requested that these accounts be blocked. He only asked for information about the accounts that were transferred from these accounts even once. **Only information. Only information. Only information** . Binance ignored this and blocked our accounts directly. He told us that he followed the prosecutor’s orders to the letter.

We requested a letter from the prosecutor’s office, despite all this nonsense and stating that a exchange, which we thought was decentralized, strictly followed the prosecutor’s order.

Upon all these events, the prosecution realized the absurdity of the situation and wrote a letter to binance. For those who cannot translate, the content of the article is briefly as follows.

***1-We didn’t tell you to block these guys’ accounts.***

***2-We just wanted information.***

***3-These men have nothing to do with our investigation.***

***4- We only asked you to block 229 people’s accounts.***

***5-There is never any request for injunction regarding the remaining persons. Open accounts immediately.***

***The prosecution letter is below.***

**Binance, the “cryptocurrency exchange”, which said that it followed the prosecutor’s orders to the letter, still has not opened our accounts.**

Now I think they realized their mistake and bullshit.

But they are thinking about the excuse they will make. It is not possible to explain the problems we have been through for 3 months.

**We are in a very difficult situation. How will this situation be resolved? We all want to sue where necessary. But for this we have to go to Hong Kong. We started collecting signatures. We are preparing to sue on behalf of 4000 people.**

Thank you for being our voice! I am one the 4000 victims! Binance is so dumb or they don’t know how to response court cases! The question is what the hell the Binance lawyers doing!
Binance seized my $29K usdt my self and other 4000 people have nothing to do this case! It has been 90 days! Hopefully someone from Binance sees this!

Same here, they have suspended my account’s withdrawals with 2 BTC (approx. 40000 USD) last week, promised a 48 hours resolution window, but it’s already a 5th day without any response from their support. Also banned me from using the support chat.

“**Your account may be at risk. Please contact Customer Support for further assistance.**”

They keep silent in support threads where I explained my case details:

This is scam. Run and stay away from this exchange if your withdrawals still work.

This is pure FUD. Blame Binance for responding responsibly to probable criminal activity. They ignore your **prosecutor’s office** and get banned in your country and eventually everywhere, which is what you want. If you are innocent eventually it’ll work out, but obviously this will take time if YOUR OWN GOVERNMENT is ordering the freeze.

Luckily I moved away from Binance last year. My account was still active though, and I got a ton of emails from them last month about authentication failure and account closure. I have no doubts they would have done that even with my homdings in place.
And authentication was already in place when I opened the account!

We appreciate you speaking for us! One of the 4000 victims is me. Binance is really stupid or they have no idea how to respond to legal proceedings.
