CAN ANYONE HELP ME – HELP KUCOIN – NEW PHONE NUMBER – 2 WEEKS AND NO RESOLUTION – WHAT A HEADACHE – STRESSED

After researching online, it appears KuCoin cares more about the negative threads about their HORRIBLE SUPPORT, so here is to hoping I get a HUMAN response on REDDIT.

Ok, long story short, I changed phone number and the old phone number is wiped out completely.
A few Highlights of this endless loop of an adventure:
\- I emailed support saying I cannot log into account because the ONLY authentication method I have is via Cell Phone (old number).
a) SUPPORT emailed back with an automated response to log in and select ‘Phone Unavailable’. They EVEN attached a screenshot (nowhere in this screenshot does it say ‘Phone Unavailable’.
b) I then e-mailed SUPPORT in a reply saying “I do not see that option”
c) Then, SUPPORT e-mailed back and say to LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
This makes absolutely no sense and is throwing me on an ENDLESS LOOP with NO HUMAN INTERACTION. When it comes to people with thousands of dollars on the line (just life savings, no biggie) there is ZERO URGENCY WHEN IT COMES TO THE CUSTOMER, ZERO EMPATHY, IT IS ALL ROBOTIC.
SO, here I am with a perfect position in a futures contract with a perpetual coin and I CANNOT EVEN HAVE CONTROL OVER MY ACCOUNT.
I have been emailing a robot back and forth for TWO FULL WEEKS and getting ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE.
I AM ON THE VERGE OF A HEART ATTACK, sorry for caps, but this is becoming detrimental to my health if this can’t be resolved asap.

to wait longer than the 2 weeks I’ve already waited..
I do not have an e-mail address bound to my account. Only my cell phone (for the 1,000th time again)
DEAR KUCOIN. TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING IN THE FUTURE MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS TWO WAYS TO AUTHENTICATE THEIR ACCOUNT OTHERWISE THIS STRESS WILL KILL THE CUSTOMER

UPDATE: LAST NOTE FROM KUCOIN IS TO WAIT 10minutes to 2 hours for a verification code. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR 48+ HOURS FOR A VERIFICATION CODE AND IVE BEEN SENDING IT for 48+ HOURS also.
I’m seriously about to lose my mind guys, is this really how it is??? THE SUPPORT IS HORRIFYING

I’ve sent EVERYTHING they’ve asked COUNTLESS TIMES. I just got another e-mail asking me to log in. It would help to read what I write. Hate to sound like an ***hole I’m really not, I’m just absolutely baffled by this ignorance when it comes to my money
More people should feel your pain, I can from reading your posts. Imagine being locked out of your account, so to speak, with allot of money on the line and maybe it’s all you have. Support truly shouldn’t be this difficult, if those ticket numbers represent increments then they are racking up thousands of support tickets very quickly. Maybe they are overwhelmed with ridiculous request and they get bunched in with the serious requests.
I agree that the Mods on here (the real ones) seem to be on the ball, but I always wonder if “I’ll escalate this” actually gets people anywhere.
I just got locked out of mine this morning and still trying to get back in, been back and forth with a bot all morning, perfect position on futures and target it, hopefully my TP hit.still have received no human help at all nor a confirmation email
Just want to be loud and clear. I think KuCoin is an incredible platform and have really enjoyed it. I just wish there can be flags in the systems/alarms that alert KuCoin when a user doesn’t have 2-factor authentication instead of one. Right?
Maybe you can buy a new phone line and request the same number back.
