Can Kucoin refund USDT sent to the wrong network?

I made a mistake and sent USDT to the wrong network when depositing into my online casino account. Instead of choosing the correct network, I selected the wrong one, and now the funds haven’t appeared in my casino balance. I’ve double-checked everything, and it’s definitely an issue with the network selection.

Does anyone know if KuCoin can help recover the funds or refund the USDT?

    Transactions on the blockchain aren’t reversible, only the casino can help you since they probably own that address on all evm chains.
