Can send USD to InteractiveBrokers?

Has anyone successfully sent USD from Binance to InteractiveBrokers? I’m not in the US and trying to find how to redeem USD stablecoins to USD.

Binance blocked withdrawal to my bank account for me, so I traded BUSD to a more common stablecoins and transferred them to another exchange where I could withdraw. Actually I am also going to move the money to IB as well, no crypto exchange is safe, and now it is not the time for a long position in crypto.
