Cannot delete account
No matter what I do KuCoin won’t allow me to delete my account. I have no transactions and a zero balance but I don’t want this company to have my information and I don’t want to receive their texts every few days. They won’t allow me to authenticate my account because I’m in New York (USA) and they won’t let me delete my account without my trading password (which I don’t have since I never used it).
There has to be a simpler way to delete your account / data if you have no activity / history on your account, this is absolutely ridiculous.
