Changed phone number
I recently changed my phone number so I couldn’t get the SMS text verification. I updated my phone number and took re did the pictures of id and a photo with the signature and id with my face. Why does it now take an additional 2-3 days for me to even get back into the exchange ? Ridiculous

Well, it does not always 2-3 days. In most cases you can get back to your account in one day, we just have to claim that it could take 2-3 days in case something happens.
