Need help from a Kucoin moderator please. Last year I made a deposit of CRO tokens on CRONOS network. They show in the wallet but not in my balance on Kucoin because apparently Cronos network isn’t supported. At the time agents said it’ll be supported soon but it’s been 18 months now.

I opened a new ticket with support. Can these tokens be sent back to the original wallet?
