Hi everybody,

I have a little issue here and maybe somebody can help me.

So, I transfered some USDT from binance to Kucoin. Doing it the same way as the dozens time before.
Double checking addresses etc.

After the transaction was successful on binance side (and TROX chain explorer also), funds never arrived in at Kucoin. This was 45min ago +/-

So i went to check the deposit history page, and i found that all my TRX deposits (done more than 1 year ago) were made to the same address, which was not the one i used.
I thought maybe i did something wrong and got the wrong address and all that money would be lost, so I went back to the DEPOSIT CRYPTO page, selected USDT, TRX, and indeed there was a new address.

I panicked.

Thing is, after some minutes talking to a friend, going through FAQ and panicking more, i went back again to the deposit crypto page, usdt, tron, and the address was again the same as the binance transaction statement! So this was a big relief of course, i was not crazy, and this address was provided from kucoin.

So now im wondering if an account can have multiple addresses for the same chain?

Meanwhile, it has changed a couple of times again, on the deposit crypto page, after selecting USDT and TRX TRON. Ive seen my past address used on my 1year+ old transactions, ive seen the one ive used today a couple of times, and I have seen a new one. Thats a total of 3 different addresses.

I still dont have my funds, Im just waiting and meanwhile trying to contact Kucoin through different ways.

    First of all, I find this reply to be condescending and disregarding my whole message.
    Not even a reply to the answer if addresses change.
    Just an easy “double check your address and have hard video proof otherwise we just assume you are dumb and can’t double check, and we won’t trust your screenshots as proof”.

    Now, I had screenshots that shown KuCoin was giving me different addresses for the TRX chain USDT wallet, one of the screenshots was also with the address used in the faulty transaction. Sadly this isn’t enough proof and they just think I did a mistake.

    After their reply I already managed to record in one single video, the address changing 2 times. I still haven’t got on video the address of the transaction but yesterday it came up again on the deposit page so I am hoping today it will again, and I will be able to record it.
