No response from Binance on resetting 2FA support ticket

I lost access to Google Authenticator when I lost my phone while on vacation. I carefully followed the instructions on Binance’s support article to reset 2FA ([https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003585911-How-to-Reset-Google-2FA](https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003585911-How-to-Reset-Google-2FA)), and I completed all the steps – including facial verification.

It has been 15 days, and I still haven’t heard back from the support team about resetting my 2FA. Has anyone had a similar experience, or are there any other steps I can take?

Binance support has been incredibly helpful in the past, but I’m disappointed with the lack of response from the team.

Do you have a ticket number? Referral ID? If neither, send me a private message with account e-mail.
i am having the same issue, but only at like 7 or 8 days now. I think they said it would take 7-10, so im hoping it gets sorted out soon
