Deposit confirmed but funds unusable

I deposited Ethereum to the right address, managed to get a confirmation email after 30 confirmation, I can see it when I browse to deposit history.

But the funds don’t show up under available ethereum which I would like to use.

*UPDATE, eventually got deposited but had to wait about 5-6 hours

Anyone experienced similar problems?
