Not really… Saw some other users had that experience, just contact the support if that takes longer than like 2 or 3 hours.

The only time i have seen it more recently when people use old address. They recreated everything after the hack so you have to generate new BTC or ETH or whatever chain address. They can usually go back and get them for you tho, just take a few days.
