I decided to give the desktop app (another) go – today I opened a limit order a perpetual contract which hit the target price. However, the position did not appear on desktop app, but it did on the iOS app.

It was only after I pressed the refresh button on the desktop app, that my position showed. This is clearly not working as intended – does anyone have this issue too? I’m running the application on Ubuntu.

    No worries; it can be because of an unstable connection. If you are connected to Wi-Fi, try using a cellular network (or vice versa). Furthermore, you can clear the cache and cookies of the desktop app and reload the device.
