A few days ago I started noticing that the price alerts I have set up just didn’t showed up.

I’ve never had this problem until now and I also noticed that, when I set up a price alert, the up/down green/red arrow icon on the left side doesn’t change color and stays gray as if the alert have already triggered.

    For me alerts work 1 of 10. And only when I have the app opened.
    So basically unusable.

    1, Update your APP to the latest version;
    2, Clean up the APP caches and cookies, then terminate the background process;
    3, Delete the APP data.
    If still does not work, enter your home>personal profile page>help&support>chat to submit and join our chat so we can further check the issue there. After the automatic reply from the chatbot, please choose
    “Unsolved” and then click to “Leave Message now” and leave your message. We will assign an agent to assist you as soon as possible
