Dutch user KYC not varified

Hi all,

I’ve been using Kucoin for years and I’ve completed full KYC and EDD multiple times. Recently, users in the Netherlands received a random pop-up that based in IP address, no service was is provided for my country. However, I remained verified.

Now however, my KYC status changed to ‘we’re verifying’ and I cannot trade anything, nor am I asked to upload any documents.

Essentially my account is now blocked, without reason. Support is, as per usual, not helping out at all.

Any other Dutch users having this issue?
