EARN deducts money from spot account instead of crediting the distributions

Hi there,
I would highly appreciate, if any human support member could take over the case. I am stuck with the chatbot …
My case number ist Case ID #101272393 and I really start to get worried, as for the third time in a row BNB magically disappears from my Spot account (transactions don’t show any abnormal transactions / transactions I didn’t take into account).

    Do you have auto subscribe turned on in earn? If you do your BnB will automatically move to your earn account every 24 hours.

    Thank you, the case has been resolved. Problem had been that trading fees from isolated margin accounts were deducted from spot account, which, however, do not show up in the statement itself (just so you guys know in case anybody encounters a similar problem. 🙂

    Big shoutout to the Binance support guys, who, as usual, solved the matter in a competent, friendly and timely manner.
