I am trying to withdraw ETH, but the verification email arrived about 45 minutes after the transfer was initiated. The transaction times out before that. What should I try to fix this? The email address for Kucoin is whitelisted and I do receive them. Just not in time.

    KuCoin is delaying withdraws because there’s a lot of volume in crypto today & they don’t want you to take your trading else where. It’s pathetic & extremely unprofessional.

    same problem, had the problem all day, i press resend once every few minutes, i had ONE email land in my inbox which at time of arrival was more than 30min old……

    Update, just got one of the confirmation emails from about an hour and a half ago. Seems very sluggish!!! Hopefully it will get better? 2 weeks ago I did a withdrawal and the confirmation email took about 20 mins to arrive. Last week, the email arrived instantly. So hopefully it’s just a temporary thing? I hope?

    Trying to verify my security questions, and no email for 30 minutes. Will update in a few hours see if it comes. Checking spam, and other folders and nothing.

    I got my email after 15min and when I clicked the link it said either Invalid or that it has been used.

    Exact same issue. No response from the kucoin team.

    edit: admins say nothing about the issue and they also banned be from the kucoin telegram.
