My deposit got lost and the support doesn’t respond!

Hello All,

i have done a deposit which never arrived to huobi. I have tried to contact the support and open a ticket but i don’t any email saying the ticket is open or anything which i can link back to them.

I guess i just lost my money isn’t it?!
