Did I Do Something Wrong?

I purchased some NRG (Energi) and left it on my KuCoin trading account. It’s been almost 48 hours, yet no returns. My understanding is that it would take around 24 hours as the platform takes a snapshot of the amount at the end of the day, and pays out the following end of the day. Did I do something wrong?
